      Purchased 4 round trip tickets and noticed when the invoice was sent they charged us $93.00 per suitcase per person per flight. I called right after receiving the invoice and asked them to cancel the flight and I would rebook. 9 days later and still waiting for a supervisor to call me back. Everyday I call and get some excuse as to why no one has called me back. Flight Network is the most *************** business to deal with and would never use them again. All we want is our money back so we can book another flight but still waiting for a call back. Told this is now in the hands of their support group *** * ** **** **** ** **** ******* ***

      **** ******* ** ****. I booked my tickets via ******** using flightnetwork. I canceled my ticket in two weeks and this was July 2022. It is December 2022 and when I call their number(no office address nothing) they say they did not get refund from airlines hence they are waiting. I called ******** and they said they have already refunded the amount. No reputable airline will not refund for so long. ******** also said they get complaints like this regularly. **** ******* ** * ***** **** *** ****** ** *** *** ******* **** **** ******** ***** **** ****** ** ** ***** *** *** ******** *** **** *******.       Awful service, misleading information! ******! My wife and I booked flights, got charged significantly more then the total amount on our booking! We were told prices change very quickly. Right away, same day, asked for a refund as there policy says full refund available within a set time. Got refunded approximately $500 less then what i was charged, also no toll free number, didn't have a choice but to dial long distance to try and sort this out. $122 for long distance from Canada. **** ******* ** * ****. Flight network owes me $500.

      The airline I booked with requires you to check in online, else you will pay a fee at the airport. Of course, Flight Network’s app says it “failed to check in online, please check in at the airport”. No reason given, it just magically failed!
      For 4 people, Flight network will force us to waste $200 to check in, while the entire cost of the tickets is just $430. That’s half the cost of tickets, just to CHECK IN (and this is only a 1 hour flight).
      Flight network will list impossibly low prices, just to do everything they can to screw you out of more money, even if it means pretending they can’t check you in. Just buy tickets directly from the airline. ****** **** *** **** ****** ******** **** *** *** *** ********** *** * *******

      I booked with them.last May hoping to save some money as tickets going to the Philippines gets to be expensive closer to the dates. then I received a cancellation of my flight from the airlines and the airlines advised me to call my booking agent. then flightnetwork don't want to help me rebook a flight they just insist on doing a refund they said my airlines does not have anything for january... so by giving me a refund they will still charge me 85 for a booking I did not cancelled *** ****** **** ** **** *** *********..now Ia left with no tickets and a more expensive flights.

      We booked a flight with ***** via Flight network. ***** cancelled our flight but we didn't receive any refund. We called ***** many times and they said refund was issued . After 6 months of investigation, we came to know that ***** refunded whole amount to Flightnetwork but flightnetwork didn't bother to refund us back. No one called us to discuss anything. Then we called flight network and asked to speak with manager. Rep told us that Manager will call us within 24 hours but we didn't recieve any call. W* **** ******* we called after 7 days and another rep said "Last rep forgot to remind manager to call you guys" , I will make sure he will call you within 12 hours. Again no one called and no once refunded our money. **

      ************* ** ** *********** ******* ** * ************** **** *** ************* ******** They advertise a flight ticket for CA$2900 and when I completed all the information and clicked on purchase they quickly charged CA$4,712.39, which cannot be reversed. ****** *********** I called customer service representative who hangup on me then **** in email that he called me. Canceled ticket and they indicate there's an administration fee of $49 although error of wrong amount charged is thiers. After canceling the ticket few minutes after, I noticed they did not send cancelation confirmation email. Called another customer service and rep claims he is sending cancelation confirmation, stayed with him on phone -- nothing received. From numerous reviews I now understand and can rightfully this the pattern in which they mete to anxious customers/travelers and I fear the same fate as stories abound of refund never received. HELP is needed in obtaining refund CA$4,712.39.       I booked my flight to Malaysia using this provider on ********** and my flight back to Perth was rescheduled to a different date. I was informed about the airlines cancellation via email and was told to confirm is I am happy with the rescheduled flight. I replied to the email saying I cant fly on that day and did not receive a reply. Decided to call them after a few days and was told to pay $55 to change it to another day. No idea why I had to pay. Did not receive my flight confirmation at all. On the 4th of July, i tested positive for covid and called them to cancel my flight which was supposed to be on the 6th of July as I had to isolate. They did not send me a cancellation email (i should have checked). i called them again on the 15th to find out the status of my refund as per the airlines policy, it is written that we are eligible for a travel credit if we are unable to fly due to covid and was told to wait for 2 weeks to back about the refund. Called them again on the 3rd of august and when I called them the first time, they told me my ticket is non-refundable as per airline policy. I checked ******* policy, n it states that a travel credit will be given if tested positive. Called them again and found out they did not cancel my flight on the 4th but cancelled it on the 15th instead which is 11 days after my departure date and therefore my ticket is non-refundable. They have the worst customer service. The worst provider ever.
