      I've made reservations for 4 separate one way trips in Central Europe for multiple people and this website has been the easiest and most straightforward of all to use. The others were full of pop up options that were distracting and a burden. This one also gave a clear accounting of the total cost of the trip. Hurrah. The others did not!!!

      I am so disappointed in this company. I accidentally booked the wrong flight (we were trying to fly with friends) and I immediately realized my mistake one minute after hitting the purchase button. I called their 24 hour hot line and when I told the agent what happened, he asked if I could hold. Over 20 minutes later, the agent returned and indicated he could cancel the flight but that there would be a $44 charge per ticket. Pretty outrageous and would never use this company again.

      **** *** * ******** ***** They clone websites and consumers who end up with a ****** search on their site, in my case by incorrectly spelling ********* ***. I booked a flight thinking I was on the offical ********* ***lines web site and found out the next day I had made a mistake. I tried for a refund but their out is that the purchased tickets are non-refundable. The credit card company I used (* ** *) tells me they can't dispute the charge because the vendor has a no refund policy. **** *** ***** ********* *** ****** ********* ** ************ ********* **** *******

      ******* Booked a flight with my partner and I for mexico, was canceled from Flight Network's side. Refund was supposed to take two weeks. Its in 5months ongoing. Customer service has been *******, repeating every word on paper. Not only that, I also was asked if I have "called the flight company". I replied yes. They always end their conversation with "im sorry mamm theres nothing we could do" Also I got an Email from them under the name *** ***. Highly suspicious . * ** ****** *** I do know what Kim chi is. *** **** ** *** ** **** ** ** ****

      Upon booking through Flight Network on line there was a section to add a checked bag which I did. Flight Network stated I would save 50% if i checked my bag with them than at the airport. The charge on booking showed $99.99 which one would assume was for a 1 checked bag from Toronto To Edmonton and back. The price of the flight was a total price there and back even though it was 2 airlines. It was only after looking at my payment receipt after I got back that it showed $99.99 Toronto to Edmonton and $99.99 Edmonton to Toronto. When I called Flight Network they said it was fees as well as baggage but they do not show any fees. From my $99.99 baggage fee they paid Westjet $50.85 cash. From my $99.99 Porter said they have a payment of $47.25 USD on a credit card that says my name as the cardholder. This is not my card number. I am in receipt for Flight Network to refund me $99.99. It is ridiculous for to be charged about $200.00 just to check 1 bag to Edmonton and back.

      On Oct.23, I contacted Flight network with a request to change my inbound flight from Mumbai to Toronto from Dec.26 to Jan.2 2025. Outbound flight to remain the same. I informed them that I paid cad3738.08 for my original return flight with Etihad and now asked them for the price of the new flight. I was told it would be 4162. 04 that included airline and service fee. So to us the difference between the fares would be cad 424.02. So we agreed to go ahead. Imagine our surprise when the ticket arrived showing that we paid cad 7900. We called them back immediately and was now given the run around. At no point were we told the 4162.94 would be added to the 3738.08. At no point were we given the total cost of 7900. Now numerous calls, chats,emails have been going back and forth but I get the same answer...that nothing can be done. I told them its only right that I am refunded cad.3738.08 for the original ticket. Its not right that I am paying double the amount of my original ticket. I did agree to paying the airline and service fee which I have already done. But I am being penalised and my final bill has ballooned to 7900. Please get my refund of 3738.08 back.Thank you

      **** ** * ******** *** terrible customer service. Booked, with the understanding they follow the cancellation policy of the airline which has a 24 hour full refund policy. I cancelled within an hour of booking, and the airline confirmed the cancellation and refund to this company but they are refusing to refund me. ******* ** ******* ** **** ** ********

      Site was more difficult to use than most airline sites. Also, it booked me on Alaska when I thought we were booking on Avelo. No opportunity to add a TSA precheck number. I won't use this again
