      Paying for services but not getting all coverage? NHL hockey on occasion game is showing it's broadcast but shows I'm blackout and not subscribed. Inquired why and how to get broadcast but get no answers???

      I purchased a plan with Sportsnet Now in French to watch 60+ Montreal Canadiens hockey game in British Columbia. Since my original payment, NO Canadiens have been accessible to me and it seems every game is not included in my plan. I have tried to contact Sportsnet through e-mail and have had no responses.

      I have used sportsnet throught all of this year (2023) with no issue. The problem now is that I do not want to renew my subcription but they keep trying to charge my credit card daily. There is no place on the website to remove payment information and no way to talk with anyone about the issue. There is an explanation on the website about cancelling the service but when you get to the "accounts" page, there is no info to be changed! This is absolutley ridiculous. I want my credit card information permantly removed from the site and I want them to stop trying to charge me for a service i do not want! **** **** ** **** ******* *** ******* ********

      I've grown extremely frustrated with the Sportsnet app, which I'm forced to use for watching hockey. In previous seasons, we had the choice of using the *** **** app in Canada, at least for non-blackout games. Now, there's only one legitimate method to watch the games (Sportsnet) and the app's features are outdated and unreliable, especially when compared to the standards set by 2023 streaming services. For example, when I start a game in progress from the beginning, it will work fine for a few minutes then abruptly skip to live with no input from me. This ends up completely spoiling the game. This happens every time across a wide variety of devices (*********, ****** ****** and ****** ***********. To make matters worse, the only way to rewind is at 30 second intervals. But there is no point to rewinding because the stream will eventually jump live AGAIN. I spend more time fighting the buggy programming of the Sportsnet app then I do actually watching the game. If Canadians are going to be forced into a Sportsnet-run hockey monopoly, Sportsnet should at least ensure that their streaming service maintains some standards. Americans have ways to watch NFL and Europeans are able to watch soccer, but for some reason the CRTC does not care whether or not Canadians have reasonable access to hockey. If this were a free market, I would choose to pay any other provider because the services that Sportsnet provides are awful and not worth the expensive price tag. The only reason I, and other hard working Canadians, pay for Sportsnet is because there is literally no other legal option. I paid $223.99 on Sept 14th 2023 for access to NHL games through a Sportsnet Now Plus subscription but I have not had reasonable access to games because of the bugs in the app on Sportsnets end. I seek the following resolutions: - fix the bugs - refund me half of the money of the subscription because Sportsnet has ruined at least 50% of the NHL games I have tried to watch

      ****** Sportsnet Now App has taken a subscription service and changed me 282.49. I did not authorize this. And they offer no one to call or email. I have called ****** and they say they can’t do anything. I have email and waited on there tech support for customer service for hours with no one answering and every time someone does. The service glitches and doesn’t let me respond. I have cancelled subscriptions. Going forward but no way to speak to them regarding returning the money the took on October the 8th. How on hell is this aloud. And it looks like this is frequent problem.

      Firstly, I was charged twice for the service, they are trying to resolve that issue. Moving forward, My subscription was automatically renewed, however the service they are provided is not as advertised. I was satisfied with their service years prior, however this year it has not only changed, but you cannot watch any sports events only interviews. You cannot get a hold of them, no tech support, ** ** * ******** ****. I a refuse to pay for a service that does not exist. I want my money back immediately and move on. **** * ****** ********** ******** *******

      I ordered a SN Now subscription on March 20. Somehow a wrong email was entered on my file. I was charged $16.69 on my credit card. When I contacted SN they said they couldn't change the incorrect email. I told them I couldn't access the programming and they said they couldn't help me. Problem is, they keep debiting my credit card monthly for $16.79. I need some help here. Thanks

      I subscribed to Sportsnet Now (a ****** service) last year on an annual basis. I received an email informing me that my subscription had been renewed on March 28 2023 at 6am. I responded at 9am that I did not want to renew the subscription. I see now that the annual charge of $169.49 has not been refunded. To my knowledge, nowhere in the email communications when I subscribed to Sportsnet Now was I informed that my subscription would renew automatically for an entire year with no advance notice of the renewal. If I was informed in fine print based on a contract of adhesion, this automatic renewal provision, with no notice and no refunds, should have been drawn to my attention given its significance. **** * ********* ** ********* *** *********. The email address listed for this BBB complaint is the same as the email address on my Sportsnet Now account. Sportsnet Now can contact me at that email address to confirm refund.

      Thank you for this follow up.

      The day after I complained they refunded the annual payment, minus one month that had passed to that point. Subtracting a month was not really fair since I hadn’t used the service and hadn’t realized the subscription had automatically renewed until getting my **** bill.
      But I got 11 months back and so was content.

      Utilized a my ***** subscription to purchase SN NOW subscription from Sports Net. It did not work, so I contacted there only support, I have spent over 4 hours dealing with showing them in many different ways they have received money from my credit card, and all they come back with is we don't see an active account. I have no way of getting the service that I have paid for and shown them. * ** **** *** ******* ********* ****** *** *******
