    picked up May 24 long weekend our 18' 2000 invader in 1 weekend had to return 2 times due to: water in behind ignition ( shorted it)- boat was starting on its own. ( found out wasn't wrapped correctly in the winter by Bay Marine and water got in. ( electrical fire concern) ruined battery leaking gear lube less then 6 weeks after picking up we now have LARGE AMOUNTS of water coming into boat from base. we have been advised we have to fix: bellows kit 9 there are tears in it) fuel gage oil change (spewing black smoke now- never done) gimbel bearing needs to be replaced Advised by a expert on the boat that we could NOT have done this in the short period of time we have had the boat- done over time. Bay Marine did NOTHING before selling to us at COVID premium pricing. And now thousands of dollars in repairs- I don't trust them to know what they are doing at this point. It is like buying a second hand car drive it off the lot and bring it back every weekend for a month from buying it with problems. We purchased from what we thought was a reputable boat retailer at a premium price thinking they are the only ones that have touched it etc- we could have paid a MUCH better price privately. If i am paying at a premium I expect the least they could do is have their mechanics check it.

    Purchased a 2022 **** Angler from a salesman named ******************* ,put ***** down . Ordered it with certain options and additions.. 3 months later . Picked it up . The salesman hade me pay the balance.Then Took me to the boat . He Quickly went around it and left . On further inspection at home l noticed several substitutions that l was not told about . I contacted *********************, Apparently the decision maker. He told me bring it back we will correct the problems. Its been a nightmare. Now hes refusing to deal with it . Have contacted the factory . Still going on 2 yrs later . Do not take their word . Do not pay them **************** is not their priority. I have yet to hear an apology. When you pay ****** . Spend your money somewhere else .On a previous new purchase 2002 **** Pro Sport l found out 8yrs later when l sold it to a guy in ********* the trailer was still registered to Bay Marine. I repeat do not deal here .

    Hi ***,This year we received a message from **** that you had reached out to them. We had not spoke to you in 2 years and did not recall what this would be regarding.We reached out to you to determine what the issues were and to see how we could assist you. We could not reach you one the phone, so we left a message for you. The next day you called back and spoke with another one of our team. During that call you were making many accusations about processes that do not occur here and you were insulting multiple staff here. Despite this, we attempted to pass you over to *** so we can assist you. You said that you didn't have time to call talk to him and he would have to call another time. We tried the next day to call, and again received no answer. If we make an error, then we feel it's very important that we make it right. **************** is our top most priority here at Bay Marine. Without our customers we would not have a business, and we value all customers, no matter what they buy. If there are unresolved issues, then we would want to resolve them, and that is why when we heard from ****, we immediately reached out to you. But if you are not willing to speak with us , it makes it very hard for us to move forward.
