    Ive had these people pulling money from my account for YEARS. I cant contact anyone to stop it. I didnt use it from the get and i have to pay more to stop the payment monthly than to just let it go through. I need help to stop this.

    I’ve been paying into child id for probably 15 years now. I’ve attempted contact spoken with someone but they can’t find my information and when they escalate it no one returns my calls. I’ve called the bank to request stop payments but they are unable to do so. I’m at a loss, these people are ******** close to $200 a year from me and there seems to be nothing I can do to stop them.

    I have had this money taken out of my account for 26 years and I have tried to cancel it and I can't. I want my money back and them to stop charging me for a service I don't need for my 26 year old!!!

    They have been taking $13.95 out of my account and any contact number is out of service, I been trying to reach them to cancel subscription for quite awhile and getting nowhere.

    Child I.d. has been withdrawing 13.95 out of my bank account for over ten years and I have tried to cancel many times. Now the phone number isn't even in service. ******************************************* Even my bank is charging me $13 to stop payments with this company. I have never even received an I.d. tag or anything. .************************************************************

    ************ in 2001 I regretfully sign up for this service. Agreed to a month payment which if I remember correctly started at 4.99! Never did even receive any products from them after the day I got conned in to joining. MY DAUGHTER IS NOW 21yrs old and they are now taking 13.95 a month. I haven't tried multiple times to contact someone to have this service canceled. It's impossible to get in contact with someone who can actually help. This company is a huge scam. They are receiving TONS of monthly payments for YEARS for children who are now adults!!!!!! STOP TAKING PAYMENTS.

    I signed up for a monthly fee of 9.99 to be taken out of my account 17 years ago. I have been trying to cancel for the last 12 years they told me to write them a letter as proof that I wanted to cancel and I have sent numerous letters to them with no response back at all. Instead they started taking $13.95 monthly and without any notice of this price change. Now it seems that they will not answer phone calls. I just want to cancel the service. I have tried doing a stop payment back in June 2020 - Jan 2022, but in February 2022 they restarted to deduct the payments. *************************************************************** My kids have grown and I have one in university. I want this payment to stop permanently, and I would like to be reimbursed for the the last 10 1/2 years of payments that were taken after I notified them that I wanted to cancel.
