    Adidas Canada is Holding My Refund ******* – Over 6 Months Waiting! I have been waiting since July 2024 for a refund from Adidas Canada, and they have done nothing but *** *** delay. I returned a pair of sneakers over six months ago, and despite multiple emails, live chats, and social media posts, I am still waiting for my money. Adidas has acknowledged their mistake by offering me a 30% discount code and a $25 gift card, but that does not replace the refund they owe me. Every time I contact them, they promise it will be processed immediately, yet nothing ever happens. I have: ?? Emailed Adidas multiple times (including several times today alone!) ?? Tried live chat (which disconnected on me repeatedly!) ?? Posted publicly on ******** * ********* *********** ?? Asked to escalate my issue to a supervisor Nothing has worked. Adidas’ customer service is awful, and it’s clear they do not care about their customers. I bought shoes in 2022, but the warranty covers not the time from the purchase date but the time from the product production date. I wasn't even aware that the sole is an off-white colour painted in black as I have the same shoe model in a different top colour, which I bought in 2020, and they are in perfect shape in terms of the sole colour. * *** **** ********** ******** ** ****** ****** The Adidas are losing the paint. *** **** ** *********** ** * ******** *** ****** ****** ****** I have a defective pair of shoes.     The refund process is terrible. Waiting for $360 refund. They ***** the refund was issued every time I called during first two weeks after my account showed Refund issued; however no notification on my credit card. After many calls to customer service they admitted that there is an issue on their end I need to wait another 3 weeks for manual return. Total 6 weeks holding my money and me paying interest on my credit card! That’s unacceptable!

    One of the clothes I bought shrank the first time I washed it. Their customer service kept asking me to provide something. It was different every time and I kept procrastinating. I have never seen the production date of clothes in any brand. They have never provided a substantial solution. I spent a week calling customer service, where the representatives were very rude. One supervisor hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. **** * ********* * ***** ****** ***** **** ******* *** ******* ******* ** *** ****** *** ***** ********** **** ** ** ** ******  After a frustrating battle, I finally spoke to someone from Adidas Consumer Affairs who helped me resolve the issue by arranging a return and ordering a replacement during the call. Today, the new order arrived, and my friend received the package for me since I am at my home country now. She took a picture and sent it to me, and I was shocked to find that the replacement shoes were also defective—both had dents at the toe and tilted, though in a symmetrical way compared to the first pair. Now, I am back in my home country and unable to speak to customer service. More importantly, I do not want to endure another nightmare dealing with their rude customer service. It is very draining and frustrating. From this experience, with both pairs of shoes being defective, I believe Adidas's shoe quality has collapsed. I have been a fan of Adidas for almost 20 years, but now I think it is time to switch to another brand due to their poor quality and bad customer service.

    I bought a Yeezy from adidas, however, the system show my address without my unit number on delivery address, then the package sent it back to their storage, its a final sell so they won't resend me again just refund my money. the thing is, I put correct on my profile, and also invoice address shows the unit number, but delivery doesn't, I try to contact deliver company which is ******, they told me there's no unit number and also my phone number on package info, so they can't call me. Adidas customer says they can't do nothing. how can I do?

    I purchased a double end boxing bag, paid premium price thinking the quality of Adidas product was worth something. Unfortunately within two weeks the product was deflated. Spoke to their customer service and they declined stating the warranty was expired because the manufacturing date was older than two years. **** *** *** * **** ************ *** the customer has no control of how long their inventory stays in their distribution centres or at the stores. In addition, nowhere on their packaging do they state this policy. In Canada the warranty starts at the moment of purchase.     ***************************************** This is the worst and most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I have placed 2 orders over the last few months. The first order I was told shipped and my credit card was charged. The order never arrived. I tried for days and days to get through to Adidas support and when I finally did after devoting hours of my time over several days, they told me to call *** that it was the shippers fault. So I call the shipper and get through to them and they tell me that they never received the order from Adidas and to call Adidas back. It takes me another several days to finally get through to Adidas and they tell me the same thing, that it is on its way. I have to put my foot down and say that no it isnt on its way, so they escalate the complaint to the warehouse because now apparently it is the warehouses fault and they tell me to wait 48-72 hours for them to call me. No one calls me after a whole week so now I have to spend more days and hours trying to get through to their support. Finally I get through and she tells me I just need to be more patient. At this point I say, I dont want the order anymore please issue a refund. So she said she can only put in the request for a refund. A few days later I get a email saying my order has been cancelled and I will have a refund in my account within 14 business days. I wait over a month and there is no refund. I had to call back to support 2 more times over the course of a week and they are taking me around in circles. I still have not gotten my refund.

    I'm still waiting on a refund since November, they did not track my package when I returned it and now claims there waiting on more info for refund. All now I'm out of pocket for 70$. And now they are ignoring my emails.
