    I encountered a ******** cashier at the Yorkdale location. I asked for my in store pickup and she told someone to get it from the back. I then was gone for several minutes ** * *** ** **** ** *** ** *** ********. Mind you when I asked her I had waited in line for my turn. When I came back several mins later there was a line. I waited my turn and told her I was back. I saw someone come with my item and drop it back but she refused to give it to me and continued to serve other people. She even told me the others were there first. Which I know was not true because when I came earlier I waited in line until it was my turn and then there was no one else. I saw my item waiting and told her to just give it to me as I was in a hurry (had another appt) *** *** ** *** **** **. Instead she refused so I just left. Without my item. I told her to just cancel it. Which I do not think she did. I will never ever shop at your store again. **** * ****** *** **** *** * **** ****** *** *** I will go elsewhere, even if it’s more expensive. Never again. As well, you don’t even have a phone number. Terrible customer service. To update, * ****** *** ******** ******** * ***** ** ******** *** ** *** ********* * **** ****** *** ***** ******** * *** * **** ******* * ******* ****** *** ******* ******* ******** *** **** **** *** * ******* ** ******** ** **** ** ***** **** *** ** * ** ** ******** *** No manager has called me back. Customer service responded to my email almost 24 hours later, but Yorkdale still didn’t pick up the phone. I called 3 more times on November 29 at 930 am. They cancelled my order and told me a manager could call me, but yeah right. Never again.

    I submitted two tickets asking for price adjustment as per store policy; then I submitted third ticket asking "when my item will arrive? What is tracking number?" because I have Email confirming shipment with missing tracking number. Then I submitted 4th ticket in "general" section asking what's wrong, why no any response. It is already 7th day since first Customer Care ticket created, and still no any response. Website doesn't list any phone number to call. I didn't receive online order, I don't know tracking number. My next step will be to submit formal complaint to BBB; I hope Sporting Life will improve customer care for online customers / orders.

    I recently received a $50 coupon to be spent in the next two weeks. When I went to pay for the dress I had chosen, the associate advised me it could only be used on purchases of $250 or more. This information was in the very small print accompanying the coupon. This to me is horrible marketing and trickery. I would have appreciated an honest ad mentioning the $250 caveat up front. I have been a very loyal and satisfied customer for as long as the store has been in operation and was disappointed at being manipulated in this manner. I did not buy the dress. ***
