Itracks is one of the most unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate focus group sites I have encountered through the years of participating in live conversations/focus groups. I was scheduled to attend a focus group on Tuesday, and literally a few hours before the group was supposed to start, I get an email stating that the group was canceled and that I would now need to be rescheduled to participate on a completely different day, regardless if it was convenient for me; they just rescheduled without asking, and offered no explanation as to why they were doing this. When I reached out to Adam D***** regarding this, he was smug and condescending saying that there was nothing he could do, and that I had to participate at the new time, or get no compensation at all. He offered no apology, and flat out refused to understand how inconvenient and rude it was that they handled the scheduling so poorly and canceled on me at such short notice.

What is most frustrating is that I took 2 hours out of my day to accommodate this session, and now they want me to take 2 more hours out of a different day because they made an error in scheduling. ANY good focus group panel would have apologized for the inconvenience and paid the participant for the time, but not Itracks. Itracks won't even apologize, they essentially shrug.

From the interactions I have had with the Itracks staff, it is clear that they do not at all value their participants, and have no interest in providing anything in the way of customer service.

I encourage others who get an invite from this company to steer clear. Itracks is poorly run and their staff is inconsiderate and useless. Stay away from this focus group company!!
