    I bought a car 5 months ago, just shy of ** *** after almost ** *** in interest because of my credit it's been in the shops multiple times in the first 2 weeks I owned it.first long block assembly electronic brakes calipers now a **** dollar vaccume pump when I bought the car they gave me no paper work on the warranties nothing I had no choices in cars but this one they replaced tires 2 months ago now saying they are cracked and worn and need to be replaced. Now they are saying it's not under warranty anymore, I get cars break but I expect when I'm paying close to ** *** dollars my car will last more then 5 months without such major issues it is not just normal wear and tare and trying to get ahold of management they won't call me back. *** * ****** *** *** **** *** *** **** ** **********. I've asked to trade it in that was a dead end. No one called me back about it after doing another credit check

    We ordered a 2021 Telluride and were left waiting for many months for it to arrive. Finally I was told to come down and pick it up. Upon arrival I was told a 2022 came and that I'd have to pay the higher interest rate for the 2022. This ordeal went back and forth over multiple days. During this time I had asked to talk to a manager several times but he never contacted me. We were told they didn't have a choice, the computer only let's them pick Kia's predetermined rates. We were finally so frustrated that we just wanted it to be over with. We agreed to pay the higher rate as we couldn't wait to order a vehicle from another business. Shortly after this was all done I was called and told they messed up my financing paperwork and that I had to come in to change the payment. It was going up because they "PICKED THE WRONG TERMS" which I was previously told they had no option. The whole purchasing ordeal was so stressful and frustrating. I love my vehicle but Kia/FFUN is awful to deal with. I was also promised from the finance department (I have the proof in text messages) that Kia was going to do something for me because they felt so bad but I never heard back. Now that I've had the vehicle for a year I'm having issues with the service department. I just got my winter tires changed over, they charged me $145 plus an additional $15 for "misc charges". Totaling with tax almost $180!! After 2.25 hours waiting in the customer area I saw my car was completed but no one told me. I waited 15 minutes thinking they were busy or getting the paperwork then went to the service desk where they just rang me in. I got in my car and the low pressure light was on. I had to go back another day just for them to fill my tires properly. I have more complaints but not enough space here to list (especially about the $15 misc charge they charge every customer but don't itemize). I am currently waiting on the manager to contact me but I'm sure I'll never hear back. Don't shop Kia!
