As Chief Marketing and Sales Officer & Chief Spokesperson for the Better Business Bureau serving Eastern MA, ME, RI, and VT, Fleming leads the organization's revenue generation efforts. She develops and implements marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance value for customers, clients, and business partners. Her role also includes overseeing marketing operations, including managing the Marcom team, vendors, and content writers. She has led key advertising campaigns, including out-of-home and digital initiatives.

Her passion for public relations, recognized early on by college professors who observed her natural ability to connect with anyone, has fueled a successful career built on communication and relationship-building. Fleming is the chief spokesperson for the BBB, representing and communicating their values both internally and externally. With over 20 years of experience at the BBB, she has participated in over 1,000 media interviews and countless networking events.

When not working, Fleming can be found teaching swim aquatics to toddlers or staying active at F45. She was recently appointed to the Women in Leadership Advisory Committee at the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business. She also serves on the UMass Boston Marketing Advisory Board for the College of Management and frequently guest lectures at colleges around New England.
