As CMSO, Ms. Fleming is responsible for the overall performance, strategy, and alignment of the revenue operations for BBB serving Eastern MA, ME, RI, and VT. Her primary objective is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing efforts. This includes activities that have to do with creating, communicating, and delivering offerings that add value to customers, clients, and business partners. This also includes managing the sales department, overseeing all sales operations, and formulating the day-to-day sales strategies.

Ms. Fleming is in charge of representing and communicating BBB’s values both internally and externally as the chief spokesperson for BBB. Over the course of her 20 plus year career with BBB, she’s participated in over 1,000 media interviews and attended hundreds of events where she sought opportunities to network and engage with other businesses for BBB.

Fleming, a mother of two and member of F45, remains an active part of the community serving as the Chair of MetroWest Suicide Walk, a member of Boston Business Women, and as a lifeguard at Longfellow. Ms. Fleming was appointed to the Women in Leadership Advisory Comittee at the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business.
