First CC Store operating under the AliExpress umbrella falsified shipping information for a Lathe that I ordered and AliExpress failed to verify and then forwarded deceptive information to ******. Delivery Guarantee so far has been a joke as I filed for a refund and AliExpress has defended the seller who falsified a shipping record. I am still awaiting AliExpress to verify the shipping information was falsified and process my refund AND CLOSE THE VENDOR ********** or negative stars would be more appropriate than one star.Review from Anton S

Not reliable!!! My first time ordering and I also tried to order from what looked to be a reliable store. Ordered something for Christmas. Shipping store gave me a tracking number that was wrong and delivered a different package to another address. When I tried to get answers or dispute all the shipping store from AliExpress did was to keep saying it was delivered. This is extremely frustrating to the customer. When you call ***** all they can say is whether the address is yours or not. If not, then they say shipper has to fix. In this case shipper keeps saying it was delivered. I think theyve committed fraud. They refused to give me my money back after theyve been in contact with me. I never received a product that I paid for and they refuse to do anything about it after Ive sent them a picture of my front door and a picture of the door that supposedly an item was delivered to. Now they want me to do their leg work and contact ***** and get them documentation. ***** wont talk to me because the name on the package was not mine and they said they never had a package with my name on that I was given the wrong tracking number. AliExpress This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with, and Im done dealing with them. Do not ever buy anything from their website unless you want to lose money which has happened to us $161.61 to be exact. I refuse to deal with them anymore and will be filing a fraud complaint today as well. This has been going on since Dec. I dont care anymore even after I have sent them pictures of the door it supposedly left at was a white door and my door is clearly *****. Zero. This company asks customers to send proof over and over again for a refund, but replies with a fake order number, asks wait and delay, then says its out of time for a refund, tries to cheat as they couldnt solve the problem wouldnt take responsibility.Review from Owen L

Tax scammers! They charge an extra $0.50 tax on anything shipped to ********* before 10/30/2024. For example, the price of an A4 sheet of paper was $0.1 and the total in the invoice was $0.1 + $ 0.01 tax = $0.11, but they actually charged $0.1 + $0.5 tax. That's illegal!!!Review from Shabadka Y

Purchased 40+ items just over 2 weeks ago. It includes many different orders. 2 different track numbers. Both packages supposed to be delivered December 20 but now showing up after Christmas. I put in for a cancelation/refund on the 21st since these were items I planned on selling before Christmas. They give you the runaround. It's said that I spent $300-400 on merchandise I looked forward to getting and they still haven't delivered the day before Christmas. I def could've used my money on something else but now my cash is being held during the holidaysReview from Catherine S

Complete SCAM. I made the mistake of ordering multiple products. At least half of them were NEVER received, and they refuse to do anything about it. I'm having to do a chargeback due to them just stealing my money.Review from Chantel P

If I could give zero stars thats what I would have put. This company will not send the rest of the product in the description and will not refund me. They continue to hand me off and make me fill out useless forms that are getting me no closer to receiving my product or a refund. Its been more than a month and still waiting on my refund. Same excuse everyday with customer ********** not buy from them!!!!
