    They never sent purchased items after a month I asked for refund they will not refund and I lost a lot of money to *** express, they are crooks. Do not buy from them.

    I purchased a stroller and it never came. I filed a dispute with ****** and they denied it because they provided a tracking number. I called my local post office and they laughed and said you said this was a stroller? I said yes. They said this tracking number is for a 13 ounce package and it went to a different address than yours even. He said this is fraud. I contacted the company to tell them it was fraud and they still havent given me my money back.

    I bought 3 outfits that I regret buying. The clothes material was nice but the tailoring and sewing was awful. The measurements were off, unbalanced and the clothes looked terrible. i will never make this mistake again!!!

    I waited over 3 weeks for the delivery of a motherboard. I never received any notification that the item was delivered. I checked my order on their website and the tracking they provided stated that the order had been delivered. I checked the tracking information on **** and found out the order was delivered somewhere in *********, **. I live in **. I also found out that the motherboard I had ordered was used (not listed as used). I filed a complaint with AliExpress and they denied it, stating the order had been delivered. I filed a claim with ****** and am waiting for a refund. I'll NEVER purchase anything from AliExpress again!

    Do NOT purchase electronic products from this website. They violate the law that requires companies to provide a one-year warranty on electronic devices here in the ***.

    Rating should be "Minus 10" Luckily my order was CAD$4.50. Order a product from them in Nov 2024, said guaranteed to be delivered in Jan 2025. Since I did not need the product urgently, I ordered it. Their tracking system showed Arrival at the warehouse after Customs Clearance, however, 4 months after I ordered it, I still had not received the product. Messaging Aliexpress numerous times, they said the product was still in Transit and it is still within their shipping "Protection Period", asking me to wait for 10 more days, then they would refund me. 10 days after another 10 days, no refund. Same response from Aliexpress. Four months now, the tracking system is still showing "In warehouse". No matter how many times I complained, Aliexpress did not do anything. Message from the Seller asking me to cancel the dispute and wait for the product. This is a major failure of Aliexpress. No Excuse at all.

    I ordered from 4 different sellers at **************************** can ONLY LEAVE a review ON their site IF you GET the products. Three sellers tried to GET EXTRA money out of me for customs, AFTER the sale & AFTER we messaged ************ with them confirming there was no additional fees. Once I paid they asked for customs money in the amount of over $1000 EACH! This was EVEN with US based warehouses & supposedly shipping from the said US warehouse per messaging. BE CAREFUL! I have the 4th order in limbo & the seller keeps telling me a "REAL" tracking number will be provided once the product gets to post, vs the FAKE (the words they used- "FAKE tracking number") one they gave me after the sale. This has been going on for over a week now. My ********** product is being held hostage. :-( seller: Beauty Factory Store seller: EMS Factory Main Store seller: Shop Store seller: Surdoca Medical And Nursing Products Store (this is the one still in limbo) Buyer BEWARE!

    They have never delivered three of my separate and expensive orders placed on the same day, after which they closed them and did not allow me to open a dispute. Neither the seller not the shipping company ******* (Chinese) responded to my multiple inquires. I lost my money.

    Never recommend to buy any product from this site. Items listed on this site are poor quality in some cases fake or not as described. Return/refund/replacement process is horrible and almost you will never get it as they will keep telling you that your evidence is not enough to prove and reject your request. In a way Aliexpress promotes fakeseller to sell fake products. They are seller company not for buyers. Imagine you buy a USB drive and that is fake but looks ok. What proof you will provide for that. Lot of thimg to list here but I am telling you based on personal experience. Big no to buy anything on this site as will loose more money than saving by seeing a cheap price. Also prices are not cheap. compare with other site for similar product before you buy it. Also when go on this site by seeing a &1 price but in reality when you select it to add which you wanted it will become x5 time higher which can be easily get from other ecommerce sire where returns are easy too.
