I ordered a couple of items and can't reach AliExpress to get a refund for a I placed back in December 17 still waiting for items AliExpress and the delivery carrier is uniuni none of them have reached out

This company is a total scam. I placed an order & received a tracking #. It moved fine till it reaches the **. Then it stayed in *********** from 1/23/2025 until 2/6/2025 when it automatically updated as delivered, but the delivery was backdated to 1/30/2025! Contacting them was a joke, all you can reach are Chinese chat bots, and all they will tell you is contact the shipper, who they claim is ***** The **** says the tracking number Ali ******* gave me is not a real tracking number. This company should be banned from doing business in the **. They are simply thieves masquerading as a business.

Please people stop buying from this company they are scam artists and keep robbing the people, Until politicians step in and ban Chinese companies it will only get worse, They keep sending people items that are trash or the wrong item. Im asking people to contact your congressman and begin a demand to get rid of them as they do not follow US laws companies have to follow.

I had a terrible experience with this purchase on AliExpress. I never received the product, and when I reported the issue, AliExpress demanded I provide proof that it wasnt delivered. They asked me to contact a Chinese logistics company to obtain a delivery document. The logistics company never replied to my emails, and AliExpress expected me to call a local Chinese numberfrom the ***** How is it fair to shift the burden of proof to the customer, especially when the product was never delivered?I contacted AliExpress customer service on 1/22/25, and they assured me it would be delivered by 1/23/25, telling me not to worry. This was clearly false, as the tracking hadnt updated since 1/15/25, when it was supposedly in CaliforniaI live in ********, so delivery within a day was impossible. Then, on 1/23/25, the status suddenly changed to claim it was delivered on 1/18/25. That makes absolutely no sense.This entire process feels like a scam. The lack of accountability from both AliExpress and the seller is incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly caution others about shopping here. Im extremely disappointed. I have been a loyal AliExpress customer for 10 years, but this is my last day shopping with them.

AliExpress does not help their customers. With orders not received. Defective items. Seller promising me replacement refund and admitting item hasnt arrived. *********** has denied every claim. To help their customers. When sent proof and everything they need. What is AliExpress good for. Nothing. They are a horrible website that promises lies. They dont back up their customers and help them. They should be fair and what they state in their website should be accurate. If item hasnt arrived I should get my refund. If item is defective I should return item and get my full refund. If item hasnt arrived and I should get my refund. AliExpress needs to get better in their promises and customer service and taking care of their customer. I need these resolved and have no future problems. Thank you.

My purchase came one week late . I sent it for refund but with label that is provided one can not trace it . They denied refund and nobody knows where is my purchase or if I am getting it back. Do not buy anything here

I PURCHASED AND PAID WITH ****** FOR A GENERATOR IN 10/24,HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT ,THEY SAY WAS DELIVERED, BUT THE TRACKING # FROM DLH OR DHL DOES NOT EXIST, AND NO INFO ON VERICATION OF DELIVERED

I purchased 4 items on 1/9/2025, and one of them was on its own delivery and it was sent to the wrong address. I contacted AliExpress for more than 4 times, and requested a refund for 2 times, they both denied the request and stated that I had to contact the carrier which I did, but never get to talk to anyone, and AliExpress has the carrier information but didn't do anything; second, Aliexpress asked me to provide evidence that I did not receive my item, that is not making any sense, If i don't receive the item, what evidence I can provide and the carrier never pick up the phone. I also told Aliexpress that the carrier texted me with a picture that the item was delivered, but in the picture, it was not the building I live, and there wasn't any address or the building number in the picture, and only get a response from aliexpress that this can not support my claim.Below is the last email I received "Thank you for contacting AliExpress.Sorry for keeping you waiting so long. Since the package has been delivered and the document you provided can't support your claim.The evidence should be the official documents and be stamped and including information such as: tracking number, address, condition of the package, signature , etc. As there is no valid evidence to prove you have not received package.We are sorry to inform that your appeal request was rejected."I have never receive the item, how can I provide the condition of the package and signature, and they have the tracking number, address This is my worst shopping experience, even though the item was only 0.99, this is not right. I spent time shopping on this website, and waited for 2 to 3 weeks, now the item was lost, and Aliexpress didn't want to do anything, asked buyer to contact the carrier and provide evidence,Do not ever shop from AliExpress, they don't want to do their own job but only collect the money.

First CC Store operating under the AliExpress umbrella falsified shipping information for a Lathe that I ordered and AliExpress failed to verify and then forwarded deceptive information to ******. Delivery Guarantee so far has been a joke as I filed for a refund and AliExpress has defended the seller who falsified a shipping record. I am still awaiting AliExpress to verify the shipping information was falsified and process my refund AND CLOSE THE VENDOR ********** or negative stars would be more appropriate than one star.

I received a light console that is not working. The cost is $3,000. There are photos, video proof. Aliexpress refuses to make a refund.
