I recently had an experience with Prestige Auto Works that I wanted to share. I needed a brake change repair , so I called prestige and ********* answered , shes very courteous and efficient . She quoted me a fair price , I left my car to get brake inspection and brake change . Sphenanie updated me and theres other repair need to be done . Which I authorized them to repair . I am very happy with ************************** , excellent staff , that job gets done . I referred them to my *******************

Prestige Auto Works is fantastic. Not a fancy place. Great workmanship, professionalism, and communication. They never upsell their services. Ultimate transparency. Extremely honest. ********* runs a great advisory team inside. ***** runs a clean and tight ship out in the garage. Been bringing vehicles here for many years. Reliable, Honest and Trustworthy business. ***** and ********* has always accommodated our car care needs. We have been a customer since 2018 and they have been our family mechanic. Ive owned several European cars in the past from **** and ******** and they always provide the service needed to keep our vehicles on the road. They specialize in all makes and models for gas vehicles in the greater ********** and ********* area. I highly recommend over dealership services. I wouldn’t advise anybody taking her card to this company for the minute I showed up there they wanted to sell me front in alignment new tires airbox all the words the simple fix on my car, replace a knock sensor. They couldn’t do that right how to tell me, I got to go to dealership and get a new computer and reprogrammed.Prestige Auto Works

Since this was your first time to Prestige Auto Works, it appears that you're not familiar with our standard check-in proceedure. Each vehicle is driven through our laser scanner that takes pictures of the vehicle, captures the license plate, tread depth and wheel alignment. We report the results to you and so you know the condition of your vehicle. If the wheel alignment is out of normal range we will over a wheel alignment service to correct it - this will prolong the life of the tires and prevent a steering pull while driving. Excessive tire wear can be a safety issue and if tread is below 2/32, the tires require replacement - per CA law. This is a value that most shops do not yet provide. After completing diagnostics on your Jeep, we determined it needed the knock sensors replaced and that it's possible there could be an issue with the **** Although we use ******************, some sensors are extra sensitive and as it turns out we had to use genuine parts instead. Unfortunately due products inferiority, we had to replace them a second time. This has nothing to do with our workmanship. Our jobs are covered by a 12/12 warranty.Further we confirmed during step two of the evaluation, that your ECM failed. We worked directly with Jeep to discuss the option or replacing it with a recycled unit since the genuine part is on a lengthy back order. Jeep indicated that they might be able to program the recycled part, so we purchased the part and transfered your vehicle to Jeep to program it. Then the communicated that they are not able to program it and they will have to wait for the genuine part to come in. We have worked diligently to promptly return your vehicle, trying to save you time and money. No hard feelings that you choose to leave the vehicle at Jeep now while waiting for the part to become available. But we do not understand why you don't appreciate all the hard work we have put in for you.Review fromMargo A S

They claim to be *** Specialists and an alternative to the dealer on their website---they are neither. Performed thousands of dollars of repairs on my *** that were covered under manufacturer warranty on my emission system (warranty is 15yr/150,000 miles) ******* they "didn't know". If they are *** specialist/****************** - they should have known. They ARE NOT authorized to do *** warranty work. Trying to get my $$ refunded, but was told to try to get from dealer!Prestige Auto Works

Since you discovered that your car had warranty on some of the repairs, we suggested you check with *** for reimbursement. It is not our responsibility as a dealer alternative to know each manufacturer's warranty on every vehicle. This means that we have excellent skills, equipment and use quality parts to complete service, diagnostics and repairs.As a vehicle owner, it is YOUR responsibility to be familiar with your warranty and maintenance requirements as stated in your OWNERS manual. We completed necessary repairs to correct the malfunctions with your car, per your authorization. The authorized and completed repairs are not refundable.
