I live in Italy, so the address I inputted for this report is not my real address but I need to report this nonetheless. I received a discord message from someone within the same discord server to try voxwin.cc and redeem a giveaway worth of 2500 dollars. They sent me a screenshot of MrBeast's X handle, showing that it was his giveaway. I rarely use discord so I thought this was legit. They have my email address, real-life address, birthdate, and phone number. To redeem the 2500 dollars, I need to be fully verified, and I'd have to deposit 150 dollars to verify my account to be fully verified. I contacted the 24/7 live support to delete my account after realizing that it was a scam and the response was "It is impossible to delete an account because our crypto casino is decentralized and all created data is recorded on the blockchain. The only way to clear personal data is to withdraw all funds from the Account and only then request in Live Chat here to clear personal data. This cannot be done in any other way manually or in any other way." This so-called "support agent" goes by the name Liam. They have my information and I think they might also have my debit card number (I was dumb enough to attempt both withdrawing and depositing but all of those transactions failed if it's any consolation). I'm really scared. What do I do?
