Description
A representative called me and had me to complete and application for American Health Marketplace and asked me for my Social Security number and my two children… their ages and birthdate text me a temporary RX card and told me my cards will come 7 to 10 business days later. Gave me a phone number whenever I call it’s a voicemail asking me to leave a message.
