Was informed I ordered a trial subscription for keto pills. They insist that I received the product and now owe for the trial then I can cancel the subscription. If I don't cancel the subscription I will be receiving another bottle any day and could end up owing thousands of dollars. They did have my physical address and my email address. I asked for proof that I received the order and they state they already sent me that information on 6/5/23 when they emailed me to pay. I've reviewed my emails and never received anything from them. The person that has called me several times is supposed to be the Head Mgr of Billing. His name is Billy Lopez. I asked for a number for the company and he gaves me 877-205-7242 which he says is an order line. He called from 231-956-7441 (at least this last time). I called the number 877-205-7242 and a lady answered as just Customer Service. I asked the name of the company and she stated she needed my phone number because they work for many different companies. She could only tell me that I ordered a trial bottle of keto pills from Extreme Keto which was located in Utah and owe $249. I asked for a delivery confirmation and she stated that it was already sent on 6/5/23 and they couldn't resend it. She would have the Billing Mgr call me back. I get a call about every other day at all times.
