I have the Platinum warranty sold through Knapp. I've had occassion to use it for service at my local GM dealer and the experience could not have been better. No hassle at all. The warranty is genuine and proved to be a great value!

Purchased an extended warranty from Knapp Chevy back in May. My local GMC dealer verified that the warranty is legit, and it's the same coverage that came with my original factory warranty. I was skeptical at first. Shopping at my local GMC dealers for an extended warranty is like swimming with sharks and a drop of blood in the water. Each dealer had a different program to sell me all for THOUSANDS of dollars less than what Knapp offers online. And, NONE of these other programs are actually through GM. Be careful of the slick talking finance manager. Because I was skeptical I had many questions, and the online rep and store manager answered all of my questions and addresses all of my concerns making me feel very comfortable with this purchase (Thank YOU, Chase). Amazing price and service! Don't go anywhere else for a GM extended warranty. Only way you can go wrong is if you don't get it.

Purchased an extended warranty from bellgmpp.com aka Knapp Motors sold as a real extended GM warranty plan to be seen on my car's vin at GM dealers, at a great savings compared to the price from the dealer I purchased my car from. I was skeptical not enough reviews to really make me feel comfortable with the warranty purchase online but used my credit card so I could dispute it if needed. Well, I went to my dealer today and sure enough my vehicle shows the extended warranty I purchased with them. Great deal and very good service when talking with them to purchase the warranty. Great prices and Adam was a pleasure to work with. I saved over $1800 on my Silverado warranty compared with what the dealer wanted to charge. And contrary to what another reviewer posted the plan I received was a genuine Chevrolet protection plan. I'll be calling Knapp again when my Camaro arrives in the spring

I looked around at both local and National GM dealers and I was happy about the Genuine Factory GM extended warranty I purchased from **** at Knapp Motors in Michigan. My local dealerships only had 3rd party warranties and I had negative experiences with non-GM factory warranties so I was ecstatic to find the factory warranty at Knapp.

Fast forward to actually using the warranty. My local GM service rep said that my needed repairs were not being covered by the extended warranty I purchased from Knapp Motors. He explained that what I was sold a third party warranty that is offered by many dealerships because the profit margin is higher. Unfortunately the insurance reps are notoriously difficult to deal with and get very creative in their ways to avoid covering your repair.
I contacted Knapp Motors in MI, now livid that the almost $10,000 I spent with Knapp on two extended warranties (platinum extended coverage for vehicle, and wheel & tire coverage). *********** response was "Now I feel like we are splitting hair's here."
Really?? $10,000 spent on a sale based on the fact that Knapp Motors assured me it was the genuine GM Factory Ectended Warranty, not a 3rd party warranty. Now I find that they sold me a 3rd party warranty and my auto repair headaches have just begun.
This is a blatant BAIT & SWITCH on the part of Knapp Motors in Michigan. Tehy use DECEPTIVE SELLING PRACTICES and when I called them on it they refused to give me their regional GM representative's contact info.
DO NOT GIVE KNAPP MOTORS IN MI YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. ESPECIALLY **** or, **********). YOU WILL REGRET IT. I SURE DID!!
