Caleb and Jeremy are hands down the best! They waived my deductible and put me in a rental car(in which I didn’t have coverage for with my insurance) They had my car less than 2wks and it looked brand new when I got it back! Will use them in the future if and when needed! If you need any kind of paint or body work done I highly recommend these guys! Thank u so much again Jeremy and Caleb!!!!

I appreciate this company and Caleb in particular. When my car had hail damage, they worked quickly with my insurance company, paid my deductible, provided a rental vehicle, and did great work in a good amount of time. I recommend them without reservation.Platinum Hail & Dent Company, Inc Response

Thank you Caleb, Jeremy and all the dent repair specialists in the shop. Thank you. Talked to Caleb in the *** parking lot was telling him that l had my claim check but didn’t have the money to take car to the shop. No money for deductible or to pay for a rental. But Caleb said that they paid deductibles up to 1000 and even had a loaner car. Got my car back and it looks brand new. So happy with their work. My experience with Platinum Hail and dent company has been absolutely amazing! Caleb came to my place, explained everything to me and I had a nice rental car for a little over a week. Jeremy and his team at Platinum Hail & Dent did a fantastic job of removing the thousands of hail dents on my two month old car. Seven work days later and my car looked brand new. Thank you Caleb, Jeremy, and every specialist that worked on my extensively hail storm damaged red 2022 *** ***. You repaired and restored my car with the "Highest of Quality," and now it looks shiny and almost brand new. Because of your excellent repair work, some people find it hard to believe that my car was badly damaged in the hail storm on April 20, 2024. Caleb, I will be forever grateful for the "knock on my front door," for your knowledge, your kindness, and your patient persistence that helped to convince me to entrust Platinum Hail and Dent Company to work on my hail storm dented car. I also thank you again Jeremy for your excellent service along with the added blessings of no out of pocket fees, no deductible, free rental car, and willingness to work with my insurance company.
