    Went to the ** at ************************ in *********, ******. I have full VA benefits which covered the costs in full. However, a couple weeks later, I received a fraudulent bill through my text messages telling me I owe $1329. I tried to send them my insurance information but they never pick up on the phone number they provide. I looked into their business, and on ****** reviews, there are many people saying that its a scam. They send the fake bill to collections immediately and it destroys your credit. You can see many reviews and reports about this fraudulent business online.

    Hello,

    I am the manager for Denali Emergency Medicine.  I do not have access to billing records but I have notified our billing company and they should be reaching out to the complainant this week.  The billing company does use text messaging to send bills. but I will instruct them to call the Mr ******************* you,

    Had an ER visit 1/3/2024, received a bill on 5/12/24. I called my insurance and they stated that they covered a portion which the company accepted and i only owed a certain amount. my insurance also sent a letter to myself and the company stating so. I have been sending E-mails and have been trying to call for WEEKS now to get an updated bill in order to pay the correct amount and have not heard a response from anyone. now the bill is becoming past due.

    My husband was seen at ***********, I provided the hospital with a primary and secondary insurance. I was contacted by ****************** that my account was in collections. I did not receive a copy of the bill that was sent to collections. After several attempts and an hour on hold spoke with a person who lied to me and said my secondary insurance denied claim and they sent me three bills before turning me into to collections. They billed the wrong secondary insurance. I asked them to rebill the correct insurance company and they told me it was too late and there was nothing they could do. Bad practices, they made a mistake and should work with the patient to correct it.

    I received a letter that my bill had been sent to collections, I never received a single bill from them prior to this and it is not possible that my bill could be sent to collections because I am double covered and I would never have had a bill this substantial. It is clear that they did not properly file my insurance and are now trying to get me to pay them assuming that I will just do it even though it is entirely their fault. I owe them nothing, they need to correctly bill my insurance.

    On 6/28/22, I was injured at work at went ****** ***************** where I grave them my claim number for workers comp. This went down fine with the hospital and I did not receive a bill from them. However, I received a bill from this physicians group, to an address I have never lived at, and when Id call their number, it would immediately disconnect me. Then I got a letter from the hospital saying that all was fine with my insurance, so I thought they figured out their problem and my insurance was taken and everything was fine. But no, as I received a bill from collections (again to an address that I never gave them and have never lived at) saying I owe them thousands of dollars. When I finally was able to reach them, I was treated insanely rudely by the lady on the phone who refused to accept my insurance and kept repeating that all of this was my fault and the company did nothing wrong. I asked to speak someone else and she refused. I waited over 80 minutes just for them to take that call and then they were useless. My debt is racking up as they refuse to accept my insurance card since I do not have an address associated with it, even though the hospital did everything just fine, with even less information. Ive never been treated so horribly by a representative.

    I was seen at the *** back in March 2022 for an Emergency. Months later i received a notice from collections saying i needed to pay $1194.00 to Denali MED A** when they were supposed to bill my insurance. I tried to call the billing department many times with no success. I was always put on hold for more than an hour and would be hung up on at the end. I never would get a call back from them. Because of their incompetence i am getting the run around when i just want to get this bill paid by my insurance. By the way, I called my insurance and they have already assured me that this bill will be paid once they have been contacted. When i called the collector ( ********************************* some indian dude answered and just asked how i would like to pay the bill and that he cannot disclose anything else but the remaining balance on my account. This is vey frustrating.

    I am rejecting this response because: I received 0 statements which they claimed to have sent to me. The only notice of any kind I received was from collections. It may have been because we moved out of state but we have been receiving other forwarded mails just fine at our new address. I have contacted ******** again and they are currently working on resolving this issue. Thanks
