Used these guys several times, they do just fine. Show up on time, do their job.

The move was terrible; they broke several furniture items and a chair was missing entirely from the delivery. They deliberately parked the moving truck in a position that completely blocked the sole entry/exit to the condo complex. I had to practically force them to move it 4 different times to let residents come and go, and in an irritable and threatening tone, they responded to me with were on your time..its costing you money, not us. Residents here had to wait 20 minutes at one point to leave or come home. I asked them to park the truck differently and they refused; I believe they did not want to use the stairs into the condo and moved 90% of my belongings by hoisting/tossing/shoving my things through a second story window, nearly dropping things several times. Once the move was complete and the damage was done, it was virtually impossible to get a response from the company. When I finally received instructions on how to file a claim, it was through a different company (CSI) to which I was offered $54 in compensation for over $3000 worth of damaged/lost/destroyed furniture. This company is run by con-artists and should be black listed. Additionally, one of the movers tried to accuse me of an unsafe environment because the stench of cat urine was so strongI dont own a cat, and it turns out, it was one of the moving crew whose clothing was soaked in cat urine. Lastly, as a single female, I did not appreciate the repeated comments from one of the crew about how he would come over and sleep in my spare bed. It was so inappropriate and made me so uncomfortable. I just wanted them gone. Please do not use this company.
