    I purchased a Condominium at ******* ****************************** one month ago. Snows Management Association Manager *************************** reportedly is overwhelmed, indicated that I have consumed an inordinate amount of the managers time and reported that I sent a barrage of emails. This is not supported by the facts. I have spent appropriately fifteen (15) minutes cumulative at the Office itself and have sent a few emails to *************************** over the course of the past month relating to the Condominium Ownership, discuss some concerns relating to the Association, and my desire to be on the ***** of ********** In my opinion, *************************** communication style is rigid and she is not very friendly. I am aware of other Owners having issues with her as well. I observed *************************** being discourteous to another Owner in a meeting. I am informed by a third party that I cannot call or visit the **************** I do not appreciate the mischaracterization made by *************************** about me. It appears *************************** primary objective is to cater to the ***** of ********* of the Association. There are legitimate reasons for me to visit Snows Management Office: 1). Make Payments on Account and obtain a Receipt. 2). Obtain an Account Ledger for Reconciliation Purposes. 2). Review Association Records that are available to the Membership. The resolution I am requesting is a formal written apology and confirmation I am allowed to visit Snows Management Office. And if not the basis for that decision. As I have interacted appropriately with the staff of Snows Management Office.Regards, ************************* Trustee Tommys Trust

    This is a horrible property management business. After a record setting winter of snowfall, my emails went unanswered for months and showing up in person leads to gatekeeper assistants that can't answer simple questions. When I finally did speak to ***, the owner, she was condescending and patronizing with utter disregard for safety or personal property. Literally ice fell off the roof, that I had been inquiring for months about removal, 4 feet away from me. This destroyed the hood of my car and could have hurt anyone walking near the property. All she could say was that the *** agreement doesn't cover vehicle damage. OK, what about the safety of people that live and pay your exorbitant dues every month? How about don't speak to me in a condescending way and tone as if I am asking for a favor instead of a service I am paying for every month? Don't tell me that "not everyone is suitable to live in an ***". No, not everyone is suitable to run an *** is the real issue here.
