    PURCHASED THE VEHICLE - VEHICLE INSPECTION PAPERWORK HAS BEEN ALTERED. WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO HAVE THE ISSUES FIXED WITH DEPENDABLE, BUT HAVE GOTTEN NO WHERE. THE BACK RIGHT BREAK LITTERALLY BROKE IN HALF ON THE WAY HOME FROM PURCHASE. THEY WOULD NOT REPAIR. COST $628 FOR REAR BRAKS AND ROTARS. LEFT SIDE WAS 30% METAL ON METAL. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS BEEN ON SINCE WE GOT IT HOME, AND HAS A FUEL HESITATES ON START (DRAGS) AND SPUTTERS BETWEEN 50 TO 60 MILES PR HOUR DRIVING. NEEDS ADDITIONAL ENGINE WORK. *** HAD NOT BEEN DETAILED WHEN PURCHASED. THEY ASKED ** TO BRING IT BACK TO COMPLETE THEY HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH *************************, AND WE DID. BETWEEN ****** AND DEPENDAGBEL THEY STRIPPED THE *** OF EVERYTHING IN IT ENCLUDING GLOVE BOX AND *******. ALL PURCHASING *************************** NOW MISSING. THEY HAVE STOPPED TAKING OUR CALLS TO GET OUR SNOW GEAR/SEAT COVERS/WORK UNIFORMS AND OHTER ITEMS THAT WERE IN THE BACK HATCH. NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT OR TO ADDRESS THE ENGINE ISSUES. I BROUGHT THE *** IN AND THEY REPLACED THE PLUGS AND 3 OF THE *** PACKS BUT STILL HAS THE SAME ISSUES. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS THROWING CODES WHEN I PURCHASED AND ON THE INSPECTION PAPERWORK, BUT IT WASN'T AND IT DOES NOT SHOW THAT ON THE PAPERWORK EITHER. I'VE SPENT $2100 AND STILL HAVING ISSUES.

    We went to the ****************** and met ************, Salesman. We fell in love with a 2025 pull behind ******, but the payment did not meet our needs. We wanted a camper to take out Mother's weekend, a couple for weeks The weekend was end of April. We met up with ***** at dealership on 4/30 and made agreement to purchase a 2023 Dutchman ******* that was damaged in transport. He promised it to be ready by Mother's day., that is replacing the window, fixing the dent in front bumper, refrigerator door wouldn't open and there was shake all throughout ** from transport that needed cleaning. He insisted that we sign the finance papers then. Once papers were signed, he told us to deal with service manager. We could hardly get hold of him. Poor contact. ** was not ready for Mother's day. Then it was promised for Memorial Weekend. When said it was ready, it was dirty, the refrigerator door wouldn't open, so did not pick up. The payment is due on the ** on the 5th and we have not taken delivery of the **. I have never heard of a business conducting business in this fashion. Normally the customer approves the product before purchase. We have been treated like 2nd rate customers. ****** replace the time wasted going back and forth every time they said it was ready and it wasn't. And the salesman not knowing basic information about the ** is just poor salesmanship. A salesman should always know his product to sale. Not tell his clients to ******** it. And, what kind of a business does not have a "working" bathroom for their clientele? That is just unprofessional! I mean, how much can a plumber cost them? People that come in to buy $60k **'s don't want to use port a cans!
