Company will not disable login information for account that I dont want anyone to be able to access. I am worried for the security of my identity information, if a hacker gets ahold of my email and just the last 4 digits of my social, they can log into the account without any issue and do as they please with my financial info. **************** claims they cannot disable the account log in.Initial Complaint

I signed a loan agreement for a small just over $1400 loan and the original interest rate was roughly 25 percent. I have made multiple payments towards the loan at $275 per payment. The company is now telling me my interest rate is over 500% and my total amount is be paying is $8810! This is absolute robbery. I asked why it was so high after I signed the documents and they said it had been that all along yet that is not the agreement I had signed. Had it been that when I applied for the loan I NEVER would have pulled the loan. Under the ***** law they should not be allowed to charge over 500% in interest neither does it make any sense. I know I am not the first to have this issue as I have seen many reviews and complaints against them from others.Initial Complaint

They have not been true to my payday on my original contract. They are are saying I owe accrued interest that wouldn't have been accrued if they didn't change my payday on original contract. They also lied about how much interest would be owed on newly agreed upon payday before my agreement, now making it impossible to pay. I took out a loan with Birch Lending for $1,200 in November. I didn't know my payment amount until later, after they deposited the money into my account. The interest rate is 555%, which makes my total loan repayment at $11,000. I cannot fathom paying this company $690 a month for 16 months - this feels like an act of robbery and I cannot believe these people fall asleep soundly at night collecting these types of amounts from people. I couldn't even access my account for the first 30 days of the loan because I couldn't get information on my account. They are difficult to get on the phone and when you do get on the phone, they hang up, or offer ZERO help. I offered to pay an additional $690 after I already paid $690 to them and they declined. I am at a loss of words on how to proceed. I did not approve 555% for an interest rate, as I cannot afford it. I wouldn't have agreed to this obscene amount.Initial Complaint

I, like so many that have complained here got a a small loan from this company. I initially thought the APR was 46%! I was upset about this but planned on paying it off quickly. As the first payment time approached I was able to download the agreement and noticed that the APR was 461%!! Unbelievable. I will be paying ONLY the amount I receive in FULL tomorrow any further action taken against me will result in a lawsuit!! Tribal??? Bullshit!!Initial Complaint

Unsure of when started. Lost Job and took a small loan of $1000 to help with bills until I found a new job. I was not told it would be 2 payments. A month for 2 years. Was desperate and needed to pay bills so I got a $2500 loan and had full intentions to pay it back within a month or 2, little did I know that the contract has a lot of sneaky verbiage, and my interest rate was ******%. They let you make extra payments but they will not lower your recurring payment which is $475.72 every 2 weeks when the way I read it was $475.72/month because they wont show you the list of future payments. So $951.44/month for 4 months now and it doesnt change, I cant realistically keep paying that, and they dont let you look at what % is going to interest per payment. Their website is very vague and bare minimum. Basically now I cant even pay the pay off amount which is $2770 and with all the remaining payments Ill end up paying $15,105 for a $2500 loan. This is some true sneaky sleazy fraud going on, and people should be aware before they make the worst decision of their lives. Something needs to stop all of these crooks
