            Today April 24th 2023 at 10 am I went to have tint done on my car by thumpers and I have had the worst experience with them. First they dont tell you how long their service is so I was left without a ride home. Then after talking to the owners wife twice today to let her know I am waiting on my ride to come pick up my car, they took it upon their selves to let a stranger get into my car , then proceeds to drive it to my house without my permission.. and my biggest complaint is I didnt tell them my address so my issue is how did the stranger (employee of theirs ) get access to my address. And then I went up there to discuss this issue to the owner and he acts clueless to the situation like he didnt know anyone drove my car. The only reason this even happens is because I am a female and the men of this business thought it would be ok to make this decision without asking me or discussing this to me. Anything could have happened while this stranger was driving my car and I couldnt do anything about it because I didnt even know who this employee was. There was no communication between me and the owner about anyone driving my car. Or the fact of how they knew my address. I want to know my rights on this and what can be done.

            Had my windows tinted and they look like a 2 year old did them. Bubbles in all of the windows and the back window looks like a 2 year old did it. Called no answer left a message no return call from him. Paid good money just to be ripped off. Have to pay another shop double to take the tint off and do the job the rite way

            We offer the best quality films with a lifetime warranty. We also have 25 years experience. This customer must have a junk car and expected new car quality.

            I have a very nice BMW 325I. I can provide pictures if needed to show how nice the car is and how bad of a tint job was done

            I find it funny what this guy says, he is basically saying if you have a old car he doesn't have to do a good job. I paid for a good job and didn't get what I paid for. The thing I find funny is I had someone else tint the windows on my 1995 Chevy Truck and there is not one blemish whatsoever. I will submit pictures if needed. I always try to keep money in the town I live in but this guy is a joke. To say I must own a junker, doesn't matter what I own the job should still get done rite or you shouldn't take money from people. I owned a business for 30 years and would never send a job out like that. Must be why he wanted me to pick it up when he was leaving his shop.
