    Complaints generally allege delivery and product quality concerns. Specifically, several complaints on file with BBB allege that products have been paid for but not received.       Trying to return a few items that did not fit. They make it extremely hard to try to return things. First of all, you can't read the receipt because it's too faint and too small. Second, there's no way to get in contact with them via phone to explain the problem. Third after I put in the order number and email it said email an order number does not match. So how do you return the item when you can't resolve any of the above. You're stuck with the product. It doesn't fit very poor customer service.

      I have tried to return a product to Annie cloth. I have tried to chat with them. I keep telling them that there is no where to find a tracking number. They just respond to me telling me to enter a tracking number. I feel they do not let you have it because they are scamming you. I can’t get anywhere with them. When I try to chat with them and tell them, I can’t find the tracking number. I get a stupid response. I spent $25 for nothing. The top I bought was huge and the sizing is not correct. They just keep sending me the same message. They tell me that they have responded to me through email then when I go to email it’s the same old thing. They want my tracking number and it’s nowhere to be found.

      I have contacted the company and they ASSURED me they would stop sending unsolicited emails. They have not -- received another today.

      2023: *** - Placed order (merch + shipping = $69.38* *** - received Order #/delivery date **** *** - requested tracking information **** - co. notified me items were shipping from CHINA **** - received delivery. ITEMS were NOT as described/NOT as pictured. Tried to file "Request for Return" authorization on website. PROCESS FAILED! Would NOT accept the the order number! Notified co. of website failure / requested return auth and return address **** - co. replied: go to WEBSITE to file request for return authorization! Added: "FYI: We do not accept the returned item(s) that were sent back by customers directly without our authorization and no refund will be issued if customers don't act accordingly." DELAYING/STALLING TACTIC, in my opinion. I contacted ****** to assist me in this process ***** Filed dispute with ****** for full refund ****- co. said they are confused! ("We have a little confused about your question. Could you please tell us more information regarding your request so that we can check and handle the issue for you?") ANOTHER DELAYING/STALLING TACTIC, in my opinion **** - via ******, co. offered FULL REFUND of all costs ($69.38) IF and WHEN I ship the merch to CHINA AT MY EXPENSE! (This was FIRST time I was notified returns must be SHIPPED TO CHINA! (Nothing in the purchasing process indicated the company was in CHINA nor that returns had to be sent to CHINA! If I knew, I would never have made the purchase in the first place, due to cost! ****- sent email to company challenging their offer, since the merchandise they sent me was NOT what I ordered and that was not my fault or error, but their MISREPRESENTATION of their merchandise! Requested postage-paid label to return merch. ***** co. replied- refused to offer pre-paid mailing label and offered to return only 50% of price of the dresses ($27.20) and don't return the merchandise. *** - notified co. I accepted *** - ****** refunded only the $27.20 (of $69.38 that it cost me!)

      I ordered 5 blouses for my wife for Christmas. They were all too small and I wanted to exchange them. I was told they only have a 30 day return policy. I didn’t want to return them, I was willing to exchange them ! I received my order on October **** 2022. The order number is ******************  Now I would like to get my money back !

      I received extremely poor quality items and then was informed about the return center being located in China. My items were shipped from the US with **** shipping. I was offered 15% as compensation for the horrible quality but even finding out about the returns took a whole day. I can't imagine how long or the work involved to get a 15% refund. Not worth it. I just thought others should be informed. Clothes are sewn strangely, so they choke or twist and the fabric is the cheapest. The photos on their website are photoshopped to give dimension to cheap flat fabrics. For instance, a plain nylon print looks like cut out pieces sewn on denim but it's just a plain thin polyester print.

      purchased on line from AnnieCloth.com clothes took a long time to arrive and did not work for me - I have been trying to return the items but they do not communicate back. order placed ******* received order *****BXXXXXXXX. Amount $144. said I would get authorization via email within 48 hours but it did not come.

      I ordered three blouses from Annie Cloth. I have received only two of them but have been charged for three. I ordered Small and they are huge - way too big. I want to return them but I can't get a return address to send them to.

      I made a purchase from Annie cloth on February *** I received the order two days ago and need to return it. Their return instructions do not work and calls to them or not answered. I don't know how to get any answers on this problem
