  Order has been processing for two weeks when I speak to someone they say I have to speak to a technician in order to do that I have to join for a dollar REALLY!

  Total scam. Stay away. The items I ordered were not at all like the photos. Tried to return but came back as " no such address. I got stuck with cheap polyester knock offs that I will never wear.

  I ordered a jacket and quickly received an email acknowledging the order, however there was no order number on the email. I was charged immediately of course. After no further info for two weeks, I tried to ask for information. Every option for that required an order number. Their site says they'll respond to an email within 48 hours. It also says Chat is available 24/7. Neither is true. I forwarded my email from them that acknowledged the order. Again, no response. I sent a final email saying I would cancel the order and request a refund if I didn't hear from them. No response. This was a total waste of time and they got to keep my $40 for six weeks.

  This company has a good catch and is not good after that. Fabric not amazing, prints are mostly as pictured on shirts. I returned three shirts and NEVER got a refund, call back, email reply or any customer service. It is not worth the time or effort in purchasing if you can't return anything! I ordered a 4th of July shirt in early June and it was delivered in August - oops! Did I mention I purchased 11 shirts and only 7 were acceptable but because they don't do refunds it was a lot more expensive!

  This company is horrible to deal with and their website is not helpful at all. they do not respond to email or get information to the customer to return items to them. I have never dealt with an online site and terrible as this one. I will never order from them again and will advise others not to as well.

  I just received my Dress from Annie clothing. I was a little nervous cause I have never ordered anything from them before. So I thought why not. My purchase came on the date they told me it would arrive. They updated me every step of the way on where my order was. My Dress is beautiful and so comfortable and it's true to size. Looking forward into wearing it for a wedding coming up. I wished I could have uploaded a photo of me wearing it. Very happy with my purchase. If I could have gotten AnnieClothing more stars than I would have. No question asked? I will be ordering more soon!! ??

  I wish 0 stars was an option! Poor quality not as represented on website. Long delivery time and returns are very difficult process plus multiple emails to try to convince you not to return items. They delay sending the return address I think purposely so you will miss the deadline. And you have to pay for shipping. I will never buy from this company again. If prices and product appearance look too good to be true that’s because you’re getting what you pay for. Buyer beware
