      I contacted S & S Appliance regarding a repair under warranty on my dishwasher the first part of November, S&S repairman came out on Nov 18th and said it needed a new motor. He said that he would have to order the part and would contact me when the part came in to come and fix the dishwasher. On Nov 28th received a call from the technician asking if the part came to our house. I told him no. He said that he would find out where the part is and call me back. As of today Dec 21, 2021 I have not heard from anyone. I've called several times and still have not been able to reach anyone. I Also called Whirlpool to let them know my problem with S & S to see if they could get in touch with them for me. The lady transferred me straight to S & S and still no luck with anyone answering the phone. I also went on S & S Appliance website ad requested a call back to which I have not received.

      I was supposed to have a technician come put this morning to replace a part that was ordered on the 3rd. I have been on the phone with the KitchenAid and S & S appliance since 7:30 this AM. They don't answer their phones and I am not waiting home for a ghost repair person. This is ridiculous. My next complaint will be with Whirlpool about how this has been dealt with.

      Let me start off by saying my technician has been absolutely amazing HOWEVER I have had zero communication with the company since my problems began. My first appointment was scheduled for 11/2. Tech came out and couldn't fix the oven so ordered part, set the next tentative appointment for 11/15. 11/15 comes and goes with zero communication and checking the job status portal daily for an update, calling, leaving voicemails & sending call back request on the website 3 times. Suddenly 11/16 the portal says email was sent 11/11 stating the part would not be in in time for my appointment so the appointment was cancelled & link was sent for reschedule. No email was ever sent and the email address is in my address book & I have checked spam daily in case it got sent there. A new agent emails me 11/17 asking to reschedule & I successfully get that email & reschedule for 11/19. Tech comes out part is bad out the box. New part is ordered & new appointment scheduled tentatively for 12/2. 12/2 comes and goes. I check the job portal, there has been no update except the update from 11/19 stating the tech has ordered the newest part. This time this was no mention of cancelled appointment or rescheduled request. I have now checked the job portal, called, left voicemails, call back requests daily to no reply. As of writing this at 7:15a 12/10, there is still no status change to the portal & still no communication from anyone (I have the screenshot with date & time stamp as well as the narrative log). How is it a part that originally took 16 days to come in is now taking 21 days and counting? Why is there zero communication or updates? I have now been without an oven for 50 days just counting from the day Whirlpool was able to set an appointment (not including the several days of trouble shooting prior). I moved into this house 10/14 & have yet to use the less than 2 years old oven.

      In mid October, my Whirlpool stove had a burner go bad. I called Whirlpool and they connected me with S&S Appliance Parts & Service LLC. They scheduled someone to come to my home on Oct.29,2021. The guy said he didn't have the part with him but charged me $110 for the service call and scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks to return with the part to fix it. I was told I would need to pay for the part at that appt. I planned my day around the scheduled appointment on Nov. 12th. No one called or showed up that day. I called a couple of times that day (of the missed appt.), and several times in the weeks following. I left voice messages and also emailed the company. None of the calls are ever answered or returned. I can understand if a company is having trouble getting parts or is short of employees or whatever, but I am very disturbed that no one will answer my calls or return them to inform me of what is going on! I have seen other complaints on the BBB where people are saying the same thing and some have been trying to get help for 6 months! I am out $110 (which is a lot of money to me) and I have a stove that doesn't work. I want my money back so I can put it towards getting a new stove. I don't even know if they are still in business. Please help me with this situation!

      Maytag warranty connected me with S&S appliances to fix my washer. A ticket was created 07/27/2021.An appointment was made but technician was a no show this happened 2 times before technician finally came out on 08/10/2021. After this appointment parts were ordered and I was notified and I scheduled an installation appointment. Once again tech was a no show and finally showed on second round. Tech was not successful in fixing washer. He did not make sure it worked before he left. He also gave us his personal business card if we needed more repairs and warranty was out. I had to go through the ropes again to get an appointment where I was informed the tech that I had been dealing with had been fired and that the manager was going to have to go back through inventory of everything. No reason was given as to why he was doing this. A new appointment was made which was cancelled. I only found out about the cancellation because I reached out to make sure it was still happening. Another appointment was scheduled for the day before thanksgiving 11/24/2021, which at no surprise the new tech was a no show. Emailing to find out what happened, I am told a part is still waiting to come in. Although before the tech was fired I was told all of my parts are in. I have emailed manager with no response of course. Currently in December 2021 and I don't believe the washer will even be fixed before the end of the year.

      We put a request in through our Home warranty plane back on July 2021. Waited several months for S&S to fix the fridge. When they came out to replace the fan blade, the broke off the fan motor. They promised to be back out to replace and fix the fan motor and they haven't been back

      On November 18, 2021 I had S & S Appliance come to my mother's house on the recommendation of Maytag to have the washing machine repaired. They came and fixed the washing machine with no problem. I gave the technician a credit card to pay for the charge. He called someone gave them the information to run the credit card which was approved. The technician said I would get a receipt emailed to me shortly. I am still waiting. I have called S & S Appliance several times, no one ever answers. I have left several messages with no response. The credit card is an estate credit card. The probate court will need a copy of the receipt when the estate is settled. I am hoping you can help me in this matter. before I have to get the attorney involved.

      In mid-October, 2021, I contacted Best Buy/Geek Squad regarding a loud noise from my washing machine during the spin cycle. An S & S technician came to my home on 10/18/2021 and stated my washing machine needed new damping springs and suspension balls. The technician told me the parts were in stock and scheduled the repair for 10/26/2021. The morning of 10/26, I received an email from Geek Squad telling me I needed to contact S & S regarding my repair. I tried calling several times but was on hold until I was given the option to have them call me. I went through this process twice but did not get a call. I also sent a few messages through their website but did not get a response. The next day, I received an email from S & S stating I needed to reschedule the repair. I did this and the technician came back on 11/3 to install the parts. I noticed the loud noise was still there later that day and contacted Best Buy to schedule the technician to return. That appointment was scheduled for 11/10. After the S & S technician did not show, I contacted Best Buy again to find out what happened. I was told they could not get S & S to answer and asked me if I would like to have another company repair my washer. I told them yes and I have another company scheduled for next week.

      I purchased a replacement washing machine from Whirlpool in January 2021, but it was not installed until April 2021, due to their claims of being backlogged. This replacement was sent because the previous washing machine we had, which was also by Whirlpool started smoking, and it almost caught fire, but it tripped my breaker thankfully and my power went out. The replacement washing machine started not spinning/rinsing over a month ago, and it started giving off a burning smell when in use. I contacted Whirlpool and as of today they've sent the same tech "Denver" from S & S Appliance Parts & Service LLC to my home 3 times and I am still without a working washing machine. The first two times he came out he clamed my floor was unlevel and that was the cause. The floor was not that unlevel where the washing machine was stations, but my landlord replaced the entire floor in that section since the tech stated they could not do anything until it was fixed. After he left the washing machine would not work at all, where as previously it wouldn't complete the rinse/spin. After the floor was replaced the tech came back out for the 3rd time and now claimed it was not working due to the control panel. He stated they would have to order parts but do not know when they would be in. I have been without a working washing machine going on 2 months. Something has to be done.

      After cancelling an appointment for no reason, the tech came out to fix our oven. He said he needed a part and another appointment was scheduled. That appointment was cancelled for no reason and has not been rescheduled. I cannot get anyone on the phone. I called American Home Shield and they tried as well - no success. ANSWER THE PHONE. Call me and let me know when this repair will be made.
