in April of 2021 I contacted Lowes about a malfunction in our washing machine which was under warranty. I was give the company S and S and they sent a repairman on April 24,2021. They were going to replace the motor in the machine. I have called several time, talked to them once, and was told it would be repaired in less than two weeks. I am now at 6 months, cannot get through on the call line (after waiting for hours on multiple occasions.) This is horrible and unacceptable. I have tried to go to the website which is an option, but cannot get it to accept any of the numbers i have on the estimate.Initial Complaint

This complaint is regarding S&S Appliance inability to complete a warranty claim job on my armana dishwasher that is warrantied through Whirlpool. I was put in contact with S&S through Whirlpool's website. I had an appointment scheduled for 5/3/21 for a tech to diagnose the issue with my dishwasher. The tech never showed up and I didn't receive a phone call from S&S explaining why. I had to contact S&S to get an explanation that the tech didn't service my area that day of the week. I rescheduled for a 2nd appointment on 5/19/21 and the technician showed up to diagnose the dishwasher. He ordered the part for the repair and I made another appointment to finish the job for 6/23/21. Once again the technician didn't show up and S&S did not contact me. I contacted S&S and spoke to a manager, Walker, to get answers. He put me on the schedule for 7/15/21 and promised a tech would be here. Once again the technician has not showed up. I just want the job to be completed.Business response
