I contacted this business in October 2022 for a stucco job. I agreed to the quote I was giving. Work begin in November 2022. This company has never completed the job correctly. The owner will hardly ever answer calls or text messages. Ive had to call this company at-least 4 times about the job that had been done. Every time this company comes out to see the work done, FHP says its a bad job and attempts to fix the issue but continues to make the same mistakes. They have fired numerous contractors because of bad work according to the owner whenever decides to answer to return any calls. Now its June 2023 and still this issue hasnt been resolved.

    ******,

We do apologize for the issues regarding this claim. We were hired to do a patch job on old "drive it" type stucco. Because this is a patch job - it has never looked completely right and has not been to the standard of a brand new fully restored area, only the standard of a patched area.  After multiple attempts and reviews by the property owner of the building - we had a conversation with you - that we would not be charging any of the attempts to patch this space and that we would refund you the monies paid - so that you may find a new quote with a company that can completely restore the area, as attempts at a simple patch have not been successful.

The request for a refund check has been made and we will simply need an address to send the check to. You may send the address to ********************* and ********************** Please allow **** business days to receive the refund after we receive the address to send the check to.

Thank you for your patience in this matter.
