      My account was deactivated because my delivery time was a 4.8 and not 4.9. I had a reliability rate of 100% and a 4.91 customer rating. I never received any complaints to my knowledge, nor was I given a real reason why I was deactivated. Now all this is done via A.I. and not an actual person and thats not ok. Then I was sent an email saying Shipt is dedicated to offering a safe and reliable experience for shoppers and customers. Weve recently detected that one or more of your shopper stats has remained below the minimum standard of service outlined in the Shopper Agreement and the incorporated Shipt Shopper App Access Guidelines, Standards of Service section. As a result, your account has been permanently deactivated as of 7/29/2024. Then I wrote an appeal of this decision and got denied again via A.I. not an actual person and it said the following Hi there, We've reviewed the basis of your deactivation. After review, weve concluded that your deactivation was based on behavior that violates the Shopper Agreement and the incorporated Shipt Shopper App Access Guidelines, and your request to appeal your deactivation has been denied. Therefore, your account will remain permanently deactivated. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Best, Shipt HQWhat behavior? This is a complete switch of what was originally said and they are making stuff up. I was very reliable and always reached out to my customers if anything was out and when I was shopping and headed to them for drop off. No matter where you are or what time you accept the order, 1 hour to do a large order and drop it off is not enough time when you run into issues related to the order. They give promos for orders that no one will take and should give you forgiveness for taking a last second order on another side of town. I never got that opportunity and I also reached out to someone about this and they ignored my issue. I hope they go bankrupt for how they do workers.

      Shipt is highly Unprofessional , irresponsible , disrespectful & inconsiderate . The independent contractor Delivery Drivers do not answer to the Shipt brand . There are no disciplinary repremendations in place . The Drivers are the Bosses , not the Shipt company . You are risking your money being held hostage , because by default you will cancel & your money will not return to you in due time . In these outrageously inflationary times , to be so cavalier about people's money is nothing short of Criminal . I certainly recommend that you do not do business with what is similar to a fraudulent business .

      I was going to sign up to do this service but was told that if you accept an offer after the delivery time, you can be deactivated for non compliance with their rules. How am I charged negatively for wanting to satisfy a customer by filling their order even though I logged in after the drop off time because no one else wanted it? So why would I want to do this service just to have it deactivated within a week or so? Also, why are Shipters charged with matters that are out of their control, ie. power outage, the Shipt card not working, registers having issues, etc. Seems like a bad business to get into.

      Worked for this company 2 years.. excellent rating and reviews and out of the blue I was deactivated...now they won't even give a reason why... **************** says that they cannot provide any information to email them.. no response what so ever... The day it was deactivated for whatever reason I hadn't even worked in over a week??? Bad business Shipt

      Wrongfully terminated , then when I called to ask why the customer service agent was rude and hung up in my face !! And I still have money on my account that I cannot access because they deleted my account WRONGFULLY THEY GET MAD WHEN I MAKE MONEY BUT I THOUGHT THAT WHAT THE *** WAS BUILT FOR I RECIEVED A ****** tip next thing you know my account was DEACTIVATED

      They are thieves and provide the worst service. I order groceries on the app for delivery. The took 4hrs then the shopper refused to follow my delivery instructions to hand my order to me at the door rather she dumped my items outside on the wet floor damaging my napkins and tissue by wetting them. I reach out to customer service to refund my money or re delivery my order they tell me the cannot do either and they will no longer del to me then disconnect me from the chat and blocked me from being able to contact them. The basically bullied me a stole my money.

      Shipt and their customer service members are a poorly managed company. My account was deactivated without any sort of indication it was at risk. When I called support in regards to this matter, they said they were unable to help and had to wrap up the call. Every service member said the exact same words as if reading a script, and no one could give me a clear explanation as to why I lost my part time job. Shipt as a business should evaluate how they treat their workers and their rating system alone. I had 100% reliability rates and multiple preferred shopper requests and still was deactivated. The company deserves to be shut down until they can act reasonably towards their employees.

      I was let go from Shipt because of my rating. I discussed with them how the ratings system is not accurate and how people will give bad ratings just because they want their money back or if I could not get something for the customer because the store did not have the item. The company does not allow drivers to rate customers or their experience with deliveries. The company does not ****** an environment of diversity and inclusion as being a person of color making deliveries to individuals whom have treated acted in a very racist/prejudicial/ and discriminatory manner. For all of the other people who post here, understand that the reason why it takes so long for you to get your order is due to the company allowing a rating system full of opportunities for fallacious information to over rule good customer service which means that youll continue to receive poor service until the company changes their horrible rating system that rids the company of good drivers.

      I have had two separate ******** deliveries stolen by their delivery driver. A neighbor of mine also had the same thing happen in the company. Refuses to do anything about it

      This is such a horrible company. Ive been a customer for nearly 10 years and the past year it has become a nightmare. If the order isnt cancelled it is delayed past the time its supposed to be dropped off. Then you have to deal with the most incompetent people and maybe you get your order. If you have to return an item you have to wait 4 days and leave your item out for 12 hours and hope to God the Shipt person picks it up and its not stolen. These people are scammers. Run.
