Been waiting 3.5 hours for a just a diagnosis and decision regarding a rental car. Currently waiting rental employee to come back from lunch. He went on lunch break knowing I needed this taken care of in order to pick up my child. Still no diagnosis. Major disregard for customers time on this under warranty issue.

We just purchased a used car for our stepson with a limited budget. He lives in ********** ** and we live outside ************ **. Our salesman ******* and his used car manager *************************** went above and beyond to assist us in making it a nearly flawless purchase. Our first choice in vehicles ended up having a bad transmission with a failure within the the first 24 hours of purchase. They immediately offered a tow truck and loaner car until they could get it figured out. Unfortunately it was going to be too costly to repair so they offered to find us another car or a full refund. Because of their honesty, integrity and high value they clearly place on customer *********************** we had them find another vehicle which the did swiftly and efficiently. Today he drove off in his new used car with a huge smile on his face! I personally have purchased over 60 vehicle in my lifetime and NEVER had such amazing experience with any dealership. Serra Hyundai clearly make the customer their #1 priority and it shows! I highly recommend this dealer, ******* and ****** for any automotive purchase new or used. You wont be disappointed.
