Got a truck loan through this company. Made payments on time every time. He my grandmother pass away and they hounded me about providing proof of car insurance which I had and they reposed my car to which I had to pay to get it back and then proceeded to say well your refund will go towards you account all because I was late on providing proof of coverage due to a loss in the family. They charge high interest rates and you can never handle your loans in person you always have to call because the branches are not capable of assisting you. They report false payments amount to the credit bureau and lied about several of things. Went to Hyuandai to trade the truck in and even they were amazed about what my contract said and what they were doing. Happy to not have to deal with their messed up banking anymore. There is no compassion or empathy either.

No stars! I've been a member for a few years now and until now, I had been very happy with this bank. Holding 3 paychecks for two weeks including weekend. They said that since the 2 of the checks were the exact same amount, they decided to send it to the fraud department and are basically accusing their own member of fraud. I even took my paystubs to a branch. Do not use this bank. They are crooks. Making sure that a large deposit doesn't clear in time for ach withdrawals for bills and necessities so they can keep insufficient funds fees for themselves. Greedy and throw their own members under the bus.

I have had this bank since the late 70s but just because they have a big new building which is only big for the rural area its in, it doesnt mean they have advanced in any thing other than hiring incompetent people. The technology is just as it was in the early 80s. A mobile deposit today and it will be processed in 2 days or more. There is no new immediate technology like **** or other financial institutions who calculates your deposit immediately even on weekends. Them I had money stolen by identity theft and filed a complaint, well now they are **** but uses some never heard of company out of ******* who took 4 months for a no answer because they said I owned the account. Who else did they think owned my account? They refused to give my $12k back or even investigate with all the evidence right in front of them. The young ladies they have working there might as well stay because they cant leave the area for better opportunities. No one else would ever hire them. They can be very snooty once they work at The Credit Union. Sometimes back ***** can be very true

Opened an account without my permission. Refused to close the account stating an agreement with my solar loan company. Solar loan company states they should close the account. When asking if I need to take legal action to get the account closed they then refused to talk with me further.Second they charge fees for every little thing including paper statements and dormant accounts.I do not know how a company that charges that many fees for just standard banking is even in business except as a predatory scam.

I had to leave a star but didn't want to even give a 1 star for ALL IN. A family member of mine was approved for an auto loan with ALL IN. Shortly after they were given a credit card as well which i highly advised against. A year later the family member's job and income was downsized which caused them to need help as many have lately. Family member fell behind on some bills but was able to get caught back up. ALL IN locked all accounts to include on line access making family member have to call in to make payments even after catching up. Currently ALL IN still has accounts locked and family member is still unable to check accounts on line, see balance, etc. This is a form of bullying which is ridiculous. Family member works a full time job and has a part-time job as well just to try and pay bills yet ALL IN constantly call daily harassing family member about payments even when they are current. ALL IN will NOT all family member access to the on line account in order to see account balance or make payments but insist they call in to make payments as a form of control and bullying which causes stress due to the numerous daily calls.I would NEVER recommend ALL IN to ANYONE for any type of financial business, banking or loans. Absolute worst BANK and shouldn't be considered a Credit Union as this in not how Credit Union's are ran. I am a member of one and will be helping family member switch everything there. ARMY AVIATION FEDERAL CREDIT UNION was 100% better!

Since they changed from ************* to all in it has been a nightmare i recently got gas at a gas station paid at the pump with my card and it took out the amount for my gas and All in processed the hold on that the pump put on my card for $101 I filed a dispute and they said its happened to a few people the same week and they dont know why its doing that. All in said it might take 180 days to get my money back on their system mess up. They dont care their customers like ************* did because ************* would have had my money back to me within 3 days, and would have sent a letter out to their customers speaking on this issue they are having.

, customer service is rude and does not give serviceleft hand does not know what the right is doing! We had to file an insurance claim, with progressive, we had recently moved and did not change our address with them(progressive) so they dropped our insurance. We recieved a letter in November from All in Credit Union, saying they are charging us $150.00for insurance so my husband called to find out what the problem was, customer service said all was good, no problem. I recieved a text saying our loan was past due(we have it automated payments, so we thought it was spam). He calls in December, same responce, "there is no problem, all is good. January we recieve a letter we now owe $450.00, He calls again this time they transfere him to 'their insurance department' turns out we have no insurance so they put us on their policy $150.00 per month (we pay $35.00 with progressive) We imediatly call progressive clear up the problem reinstate our insurance and All In is saying we still owe them $450. and it will continue to go up dur to the interest they will add on each month!!!!! We are senior citizens on a fixed budget this is highway robbery, exploitation at the least BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

A nightmare customer service. Tried opening a CD. I was told I didn't need a Credit check, I had offered to Unfreeze Credit. I was told to set up Savings Account, I did. They did not get back to me. Called about 7 times. A couple of times I got a lost connection. Finally a representative told me I had locked Credit, which I had disclosed and it would take 30 days to unlock it. That isn't true, it can be unlocked immediately. He said it was their system. I guess it comes on a slow mule cart for them. I wasted a day and a half with them, very frustrating. Went to Discover and had a comparable CD in about 15 minutes. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I don't know how these guys can have an A+ rating. If there were negative numbers I would use those. Stay far far away from them! We took out a loan with them for solar panels through a company called ******** financial. After agreeing to get the system, the installer, Cleantech, showed up and put the panels on, but did not hook them up. When I called them 2 months later wondering when they were going to finish it, they had magically disappeared and we found out they went out of business. ******** then tried to make us to use another installer, ***********, who also within months of first talking with them, went out of business. Through all of this AICU expected us to be paying for a system that was partially installed, and hadn't done a thing for us. Now I see that ******** financial is under a class action lawsuit for fraud, and through all of this AICU still expects us to pay for this system that doesn't even work. I'm not sure how they sleep at night taking money from people and giving them nothing back. Anyway, I refuse to pay for something we don't have, so my credit score has been hurt, and we have been getting collection letters even though we have talked with both AICU and ********, and told them point blank we do not want these panels anymore. The contract the installers gave us were breached, and ******** therefore AICU were the ones that hired them, so we should not have to pay for a system that has never worked. If AICU continues to side with ******** financial, who is being sued for fraud, then they should also be sued for fraud. Do NOT do business with this company for any reason. They may have been a good company at one time, but they are not anymore.

I refinanced my car with All In and they were not transparent about the type of coverage needed to refinance with them. After 2 months, they applied their own insurance on top of mine, charged me late fees, and I was told something different every time I spoke with them. I ended up paying more than initially agreed too. Super frustrating situation and very disappointed in their lack of care for their customers.
