Dealership quoted me a price for a 2025 4Runner that was $20,000 ($78,479) over the **** ($58,479). Said it was a supply and demand thing. Its a poor way to represent the Toyota brand and is predatory to those who they would convince to impulse buy into a loan they could not afford.

Plan to nap while ya wait, 3 - 4 hours. If your trading in, plan to give your car away or except their insulting offer. Good credit, bad credit don't matter they plan to get you in the finance department and sell ya all the extra's. I think perfect credit deserves better than an ****% So I did my homework on 1 car, across the US on all, but they had one, lucky me right down the street, saves the time of ordering a new one. 2020 Cadillac xt4, ***** miles, fairly nice. Run the vin # from home, *****, Carfax, GMC, Truecar, run the recalls, warranties, did my foot work, did this on 3 car two were pretty far away, so we doing this one. Emailed back and forth, cautious as to the wording not to entrap myself, "sign nothing online by the way with a dealer" so finally settled on a price, made it clear as day a pick up, in and out. Price was clear, out the door. So I get there, from that point on it turned in to days of unbelievable, trade a no go, used cash, finance a joke and insulting, poor communication, fibs to assure the sale, look like they doing you a favor, I was mad in finance the whole time, agued/talked she knew I wasn't happy at all. Lied about a 7 month pay off penalty. All this could have been avoid up front with honesty, it was not, it was greeted with 500 off before the finance department, they knew ahead of time. I said I would fix it, against what she said, all contracts are null and void now, I owe you nothing, I owe the bank nothing, should have been more honest. Now about that rear end repair and cracked windshield you failed to mention, I was told in person a call would be made, so far it has not or poor communications. No damage was mentioned, little shady there, at least very questionable. Just complete aggravation with the whole car buying experience, Try honesty as a whole and this would not be happening. I do not recommend anything about this place, arrogantly txts uncalled for and unprofessional. Make it right.

I have gotten the run around from the beginning. I was promised a certain truck and it wasnt right they over price every cat on the lot ****************************************** the tires. I traded a vehicle that was worth more than the truck I bought and I was supposed to get **** back. They like the number 7. Now I have waited 3 weeks and still no payment. My trade in sold immediately but I am left with no payment owed to me from the ********** has been one lie after another. I need help retrieving the money they owe me. What should I do

My first grandchild was born in April 2023 in Minnesota. I cannot afford to live in ********* because house prices and taxes are very expensive comparted to AL. I purchased a Prius because I plan to travel to see my granddaughter as much as I can every year.I purchased a 2023 Prius from Eastern Shore Toyota. The finance guy went through the paperwork very FAST. I kept saying wait a minute. I did sign the papers. I should not have signed the papers. I feel like this guy was very slick.I was given a thumb drive instead of copies of the signed paperwork. My 66 year old mind does not process thumb drives. I asked for copies of the paper work I signed and the finance guy said Eastern Shore doesn't do that anymore. So I leave to go get my car with a thumb drive and no papers. Did I buy a car?? What did I actually buy?? I later find out the ***** DRIVE IS EMPYT. A few days later I went back to the dealership and asked for copies of the papers be printed out and given to me and was told "No." That was it "No.""The sales man gives me the key fob and says "You will get the 2nd fob in 30 days." I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT A 2023 CAR WITH ONLY ONE KEY FOB. I did that once and never received the 2nd key fob. After a negative online review concerning the key fob, The ** told me to call the **** for Toyota . A woman at that office has a key fob for me.The entire sales deal was a fiasco. NO ONE will call me from the dealership. I filed a BBB report. Do I need a lawyer next? Isn't it illegal not to get a contact copy? Does the Secretary of State handle these kind of complaints when a business does not follow the law? Any ideas? The last 30 days in my life included buying a car that was a fiasco. No one will call me back. Having knee replacement surgery. Trying over and over to get in touch with someone at Eastern Shore Toyota. Burying my mother on Sept. 8th. And still trying to get in touch with someone at Eastern Shore Toyota. ****************

Me and my son went in and we spoke with a salesman named chase. My son wanted a Toyota Trd. But ultimately there werent any available. Chase was was kind to us and showed us the price. Me and my son agreed that the price was too high. So ***** left to go talk to whomever. Shortly after he brought back a sales manager who kindly gave us an option for being a first time buyer regarding my son. Looked at the vehicle and decided that we didnt want it because it was a 2018 Camry and the car we were trading in was a 2021 ******* So upon speaking more with ***** we gave him an idea of what year we wanted. He then left again I guess going back and forth talking to his managers. Upon his return he brought back this African American who tried to ******* me as well as low ball me on a trade as well as give me a price that was 3 times higher than what was originally discussed. So I proceeded to leave the building to be chased after by the two gentlemen. Whim at that point negotiationed with me on paying ****** toward my trade and we pay the difference. Did the application that suppose to be ****** out the door for the vehicle. So I stepped outside and sent my husband in because they were running credit. The African American then told my husband I thought **** were playing about trading in the car and brought back numbers of ****** trade in allowance instead of ****** trade in allowance. He kept making up lies trying to cover his but from what he told me. We left but if you can dont shop with Eastern shore Toyota they are a joke. Trying to sell a car higher than what it was worth. You cant ******* me, Im black but not stupid

Making financial promises is scary and the ease going through the process was compared to none other. If for any reason you aren't getting that while buying a car it's nonsense. If you are unsure of how to do something good for your family budjet ask a VIP Sales Consultant and move forward.God bless people who care for you. And not how much you spend! -*****

BEWARE: Eastern Shore Toyota has deceptive business practices. They force you to use their financing which is higher after promoting a 2.9% interest rate. They also coerce you into buying warranties that you do not need. They also will run your credit multiple times under different dealer names, and you won't know until you're alerted a day or so later by the credit reporting agency. I've left multiple voicemails, messages with the receptionists, emails and no one will respond back. I'm sure when the manager responds to the BBB, he will state as usual to contact him and reply with his direct email. I've emailed him too to no avail. It was definitely a different experience than anyone that I've ever had with a car dealership. Beware of Mike and Joe, they are very deceptive. When I asked to cancel the useless warranties, Mike asked "Why, it's not going to change your payment". Who answers like that who is not benefitting from the con. I have been ignored and just as everyone else reported, the managers will not even bother to find out if their employees are doing unlawful things, such as running someone's credit information multiple times. So now instead of 1 inquiry with each credit reporting agency, I have multiple. It's a shame I had to circumvent them in order to get the useless warranties canceled. I will warn everyone I come across about Eastern Shore Toyota.
