Program Participation
The organization provides each hospice patient with a nurse, personal care aide, social worker, chaplain and volunteers, and pays for all durable medical equipment and medications related to the terminal diagnosis. Hospice also provides at - home palliative care to provide symptom management and comfort care for those suffering from serious illness. In addition, the Community Bereavement Center provides bereavement support and support groups for adults and children. Speakers and educational workshops are also provided to the community.
