This company is an absolute joke. The first guy that they sent out which was Sid, poked a hole in my PVC pipe and did not install The clean out system. But yet he charged me. When I called to find out why, they said that they did not charge me and that they cannot help what Sid said. I let the issue go then they come out to pump my tank again because my field lines are messed up and I'm having to replace them, when Matt was rolling up his hose he dripped waste on my driveway and it has sat there for three days now. I called to speak to the manager which his name is Alain and I told him that Matt was supposed to clean off my driveway that it is now stuck and Matt said himself that he was going to need to pressure wash it if it sat there any longer. He did not wash it off. So I called Alain and told him that it needed to be pressure washed per Matt's words and he said he is not going to pressure wash my entire driveway please note that I said pressure wash the one spot not the entire driveway. He said I'm not having my guys come out there to pressure wash your entire driveway so you can complain that it doesn't match the entire driveway. I told him that he was in no position to insult me. And he hung up on me. They were supposed to be here on 2-11 -22 and they never showed or called. I called this morning and they said that they had an emergency call that they had to go do.
This is not the way you do business especially a big corporation as such. I will never use this company again. And I deserve an apology. That's all I asked for. And I have yet to receive it

Dear Ms. ****** as you and I had already talked last week about this issue, and I apologized personally to you on behalf of my company I don't understand your request/complaint. As for your specific issues let me address them.
1. Hole in your pipe, you called to get your septic tank pumped but we were unable to locate the tank from above we provided an estimate to locate your tank electronically. Because your plumbing was not to code (sewer cleanout within 5' of home exterior) we installed a simple clean out in your sewer line to allow us to use our sewer camera to locate your septic tank. We incorrectly located the tank and had to return, at NO COST TO YOU, to relocate the tank and to close the cleanout and recover.
2. Pumping your septic tank; we pumped your septic tank the first time and gave you a discount on this work because of our earlier location error. Our tech told you verbally that your sewage problem was caused by your field lines and they needed to be replaced. You called 2 weeks later to complain of the same problem. We had told you that your lines were bad but I chose to send our tech and pump your tank for FREE! At the departure of our truck a small quantity of sewage dripped from our hose on to your driveway. Our tech understood that you were going to get a hose to clean it and our tech rolled on. When you again complained about the spill you were told that we would not come back because you had changed your mind now and our manager never seemed to be able to make you happy. I then personally intervened, even driving out to your home to inspect the small amount of sewage that had spilled I assured you that I would send someone to hose it off. You even complained about the man we sent to do this work.
3. Big Corporation - On one of your many complaint calls you asked to talk to the owner. I talked with you where you raised the Big Corporation issue and explained that we are a neighborhood company that I have owned for the past 20 years based here in Albertville.

In summary I believe that I have gone way above anyone's standards to meet your needs but I now agree with you that if you ever have a plumbing or septic need that you need to call someone else. ***** ******** - Owner

First of all it was not a small spill I have pictures to prove it. And I also have video recordings from my home proving that he did not discuss any of that with me via sound. And I asked you guys not to send Sid back out because he was unprofessional the company as you said you can find someone else to send out. I would never say never mind to sending someone out to clean up waste on my driveway. Y'all are nothing but jokes. Disrespectful. As far as the clean out system no I was not informed that it was just for the camera. Trust me I will make sure everyone does not use you that I know in this town
