I received a solar light heart from Eternal Light ** which was damaged so they said they would issue a refund. The card used to pay for this item was **mpromised and they issued me a new card. When I tried to give them my new card # Eternal Light ** said they **uld only give a refund on the credit card used to purchase item but this card is closed. I paid $35 for the solar light heart and I want a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a shirt and was to receive a free tshirt as an incentive for purchase. The one I paid for was my size. The free one was not and is totally useless to me. I contacted the company via email to exchange the free shirt for one that I could wear and with numerous conversations back and forth was basically told, you got the free tshirt. I purchased an Eternal light ** monthly box with 2 shirts in it. I never received a **nfirmation email from them, I never got a shipping email with tracking. The money came outta my bank ac**unt. I've emailed them 3 times and left voicemails. No response from them yet. I want them to cancel my order and refund my money ASAP. Also, I'm worried about the monthly recurring charge.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 t-shirts on 4-23-2024, and my credit card was charged that day. I have not received the t-shirts. I have left voicemails, have emailed support @eternallight.com, and have sent text messages requesting shipping updates. No one has responded to my queries.Initial Complaint

I ordered a tshirt from this company back on 4/13 with zero communication back as to shipped date etc. I have called them 4 times, no one ever answers and I have emailed twice with no response. I am requesting a refund of $27.00.Initial Complaint

Placed an order in March and now were middle of April and still has not hem shipped. Sent several emails and no response from company. No one answers phone. Not able to communicate with this company whatsoever.
