      I ordered 3 shirts on 03/28/24, the payment went through my account on 03/29/24. I have not received the products. I emailed them on 04/05/24 and asked for a delivery date but have not received a reply. I have received several messages offerings for new discounted purchases. I would like to receive a refund or the 3 shirts within 3 business days.

      I placed an order over a month ago, and it has not shipped. *** left voicemails and sent emails first checking up and finally requesting to cancel the order, but they have been ignored.

      I ordered 5 shirts on 3/8/24 totaling $99.80. Today is 4/4/24 and havent received my order. I have emailed and left messages numerous timesprobably over 12 emails and about 5 voice messages. No one will respond. I have requested a refund but no one will respond. At this point I just want my money back. It was taken out of my bank account on 3/11/24. Please help.

      Hello,This is my first experience with this company and on 03/09/2024 I purchased a sweatshirt/t-shirt for $30.80. I was charged the money but have not received any updates regarding the order. The status still says "Unfulfilled" and the company is not returning my calls/emails. I am extremely concerned. I would like confirmation from the company that the order is being fulfilled and I would like this to be shipped/delivered asap. The website said that it takes 5-8 days to ship, so that would be ideal. This is the confirmed order number EL-*******. If the company will not fulfill their commitment to me and get this order shipped/delivered within the next couple weeks, I request a full refund. Thank you for looking into this and helping me out!

      I ordered three shirts on 3/3/24. I have attempted to call and to email to ask why they have not shipped and why the website account says "unfulfilled". No response yet. I am seeing many unfulfilled orders and would like a refund for this order as I'm concerned I will not receive it.I'm concerned this is not an honest business. Order number *******

      I placed this order in January 18. It did not even arrive until February 5th. When it did arrive, it was severely wrong. Order EL-******* The correct order that I placed is the following:1 small 10 medium 4 large all from the $5 mystery shirts.What arrived is the following:1 small (correct)3 large (missing 1 large)11 XL (NONE ordered)and I am missing 10 medium shirts. So in total, I am missing 1 large and 10 medium and I was sent 11 XL that were not ordered.I have emailed them twice, left two voice mails, filled out a form on their website twice and Ive not heard anything back from them. It has only been 3 days, but Im ****** frustrated. It took a long time for the items to ship and 11 shirts are the wrong size!At this point, Id just like my money back. I realize the shirts were only $5, but if they ran out of mediums, I wish they would have just refunded me and sent an email apologizing.
