      I had been a customer for several years and than they changed something and now they dont respond to my messages. I had stopped ordering until the end of 23, and was hoping its Christmas they should be upon their company. This order in 24, and 2023 they have charged my bank twice each time. Thats it Eternal Light Im done with you I want a complete refund.

      On 11/25/23 I tried to place an order during their Black Friday sale. I put a number of things I wanted in my cart. When I moved from my cart to the payment page, it had added a $10 gift card to my order that I had not selected in my cart. My husband and I tried multiple times to return to the cart to remove the gift card, but it wasn't there to remove. Each time when returning to the payment page, the gift card came back. I tried to call them the following day and they didn't answer. Their message said that they were very busy and the best way to reach them was via their email address. I sent them an email explaining the problem on 11/28/23. On 11/29/23 I received a response to my email from someone named ********************* apologizing for the delay in responding and offering to place the order for me if I sent her the list of things I wanted to purchase. I replied to her email on 12/1/23 with the list of items I had placed in my cart, almost all of which were intended as Christmas presents for friends and family. I also stated in the email that I was prepared to provide payment however they needed that to happen. After not hearing back from her again, I forwarded the email to them on 12/5/23 with the list stating that I hadn't heard back from them and that many of the things in the order were to be Christmas gifts. After still not hearing back, my husband sent another email on 12/18/23 asking them to please respond to my request. We still received no response. I forwarded the whole email chain again on 12/27/23 and purposely addressed it to "*****," the owner of the company, asking them to please respond. We called their customer service number multiple times during this time, with no answer. ***** states his and his company's ********* values on their website and in marketing emails. None of the emails we sent have been returned as undeliverable. Ignoring my emails is completely inconsistent with the ********* values I know.

      My wife purchased a little over $100 worth of shirts. Got an email confirmation but never a shipping confirmation. My wife reached out to customer service to get a shipping update a few days ago and still haven't heard anything back from them. The order was placed in December of last year. We are now in the second week of January.. We should have gotten our things by now. We want our money back.

      I ordered a shirt several months ago. I was charged at the time of purchase. I noticed several months later that I'd been charged by Eternal Light Co. **** monthly for a service of subscription that I did not sign for. I tried several times to contact Eternal Light Co. to no avail. I went to the bank and had my debit card replaced for illegal charges. The next month Eternal Light Co. contacted me stating they could not debit my debit card and I will need to update my banking information. This is how they FINALLY contacted me because they could not longer steal money from me by a failed debit on my debit card.

      On November 21, I placed an order with this company and got confirmation that they received my order. I have not heard a word since and no reply to efforts to reach them.

      I ordered two sweatshirts on Nov 24, 2023 to be given as Christmas gifts. The order remains unfulfilled on the website. I have tried emailing three times and calling three times to inquire about a status update. No one answers the phone; in fact the voicemail greeting lets you know that they will not answer the phone and to try emailing. Ive emailed three different times and have gotten no response. Theyve already taken the $41.95, but Im wondering if Im actually going to get my merchandise. Ive read other comments on BBB about this company, and it seems they dont respond UNTIL you file a claim about them.

      I ordered the monthly box on November 22nd for a total of $29.95. my order number is *******. I've received notice my order was received but I'm not receiving any communication from the 3 emails I have sent.

      I have a recurring subscription with Eternal Light Company and want to stop the monthly payment due to financial reasons but there is no where to unsubscribe from this service! I've left a message but no response!As I can see from reading other posts this seems to happen a lot!I hope this helps someone else in the future to think twice about this company.
