They don't even deserve one star. Horrible communication system but finally managed to schedule delivery for between 1P and *****, I was stuck at home all afternoon but there was no delivery.Should I purchase an item requiring freight delivery, I'll make sure that it won't be Cooper.

AAA Cooper Transportation in *********** is the worst trucking company , I have ever come across if not the worst overall company in all my yrs on this planet. Late deliveries, no deliveries, excuses , and using all kinds of fine print terms and conditions to justify their inability to perform basic service as promised to the customer. The manager is very dishonest, there is a bad vibe just walking into that place on *******************. Lots of 1 star reviews all over the internet, confirm all my previous experiences. If you have an experience with these people please report it - because this type of consumer abuse should not be tolerated.

I shipped a well wrapped skid of batteries via AAA Cooper, and they were delivered to the vendor damaged and all over the truck. *** sent me a picture of the skid when it was on the *** dock, all intact, and have the nerve to claim it's not their fault because I didn't secure it well enough, and that the receiver did not document it was damaged. Are you kidding me ***, you can clearly tell it was the fault of your driver, it left your dock all intact, and when it arrived at the destination it is damaged and a mess, plus *** claims that I as a sender did not follow NMFC codes for my non spillable batteries.AAA Cooper is a joke and I highly recommend to anyone to NEVER use them as a shipper or carrier of any sorts. They don't take responsibility for their own actions, just an "Oh well" attitude!!

WE SHIPPED A ******* ENGINE FROM ******* TO **** ** AND IT GOT LOST BETWEEN ****** ** AND **** **. AFTER 3 MONTHS OF TRYING TO GET HELP I FINALLY RECIEVED A CHECK ***** FOR THE ****** THEY LOST IT AND I LOST AN ENGINE AND I PAID FOR SHIPPING AND THE COST OF THE ENGINE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, AND I ADVISE NO ONE TO USE THEM EITHER. FAIR IS FAIR, BUT TO PAY ***** FOR A ******* ENGINE IS REDICULOUS. VERY UNRELIABLE AND NO ONE SEEMS TO WANT TO HELP YOU WHEN THEY LOST SOMETHING OF VALUE. NEVER AGAIN

AAA Cooper was unable to locate the customers used engine and as such, AAA Cooper processed the claim ************* of liability established in our Rules tariff. This liability was $.10 per pound of weight, which was 315 pounds. We understand the customer may be unhappy with the settlement given, however AAA Cooper has acted in good faith to resolve the claim. We have once again reviewed the claim and find our decision in this matter was correct and we have not located the used engine. If in the future the engine is located, it will be returned to *******************. We sincerely apologize that this incident occurred.

Why does your company to this to "customers"?Predatory delivery practices: I called a large box to cancel an order. They said when the delivery company justrefuse, it will come back to us and we will refund. AAA Cooper Transportation called me to schedule delivery and I said please dont delivery return to sender, the order is no longer needed. On 10/13/23 AAA Cooper Transportation still tried to deliver 10/13/2023 I refused a delivery in the morning. They came back that same day and tried to redeliver in the ** and I refused that delivery and asked them not to come back. While at work on 10/16/2023 AAA Cooper Transportation delivered the unwanted goods in my driveway.I believe this company gets paid per delivery and since the goods were already shipped, they were going to be left at my house one way or another. Now I have to spend time returning the order on the phone and scheduling a return pick up but likely for AAA Cooper Transportation they will get paid twice now for the delivery and return businesses can operate how they want but this company has personally wasted my time and their predatory delivery practices are impacting customers.Delivered On Oct 16 2023 Status DELIVERED Shipping Provider: AAA Cooper Very Respectfully,

I ordered a large item from a big box retailer in *********, **.They decided to use this company and gave me an "estimated" delivery window for the next week.AAA Cooper Constipation took two days to move my shipment from one side of ********* to the other, then kept it in ********* for 4 days (so far) for "consolidation".It should have been delivered 3 days ago.Funny that their tracking site claims they do "partial" shipments where the truck is not full.If I had read how bad they were and knew the retailer used them, I would have ordered from another retailer that drops the item in your driveway with a lift gate for another $50.

They ruined a $380.00 car door, and refuse to do anything about it. They want to give me $4.60 for it. At that price they could wreck everything they ship, and still make a healthy *******. I will never ship anything with them. Unless you want to buy it twice. I can see why they are not a member of the BBB. I see they also have many bad reviews!

What's it going to take to get a decent LTL carrier? I'll preface with we've had a relationship with AAA Cooper for years. Their local terminal seems ok, with a few bad apples, but overall our rep and driver were fantastic people. First problem, we had was their billing department. Say we had several pallets go out for the month and had a total of $2700. You can't send them a check for $2700 for the months worth of shipments. They needed each individual shipment labelled with exactly how much to apply to each Pro. How did I figure this out after years of sending a check a month? They applied all of one month ($1716.11) to a $268.08 shipment and marked the rest of the Pro's late. Online payments isn't an option with them.Second issue, they damaged a transfer switch in November 21, 2022 busting the screen. A claim was filed Dec 6, 2022 after the receiver notified us of the damage, yet during that time (January '23) the terminal manager started emailing threatening storage fees. Their claims department was seemingly nonexistent. The threats continued to take the freight back or face storage fees until communication stopped.A few weeks ago, I scheduled a pallet and received a call from our local terminal. He asked if it was going to be prepay or collect, which we have an open, active account with AAA Cooper. I told him it didn't matter, either way. He stated, "it does matter, you haven't been paying your bill." I told him to cancel the order, as we're still waiting on AAA Cooper to settle a $1542.75 claim and it's been several months. Lo and behold, we get a check the next day (dated March 16th) for near $1542.75 instead of applying it to our account.Today, I was provided a rate confirmation by AAA Cooper, a BOL, also provided by AAA Cooper, and a pickup confirmation also provided by, you guessed it, AAA Cooper. "*****" calls and says they got an email they're not allowed to pickup at our location anymore despite having an open account with no invoices due.

Scheduled 2 shipments with them and they never showed up for the initial scheduled pickup. And then never showed up after telling us 2 different times that they would be here to pick up. They are on our blacklist now, never to be used again!!!! If I could leave a negative STAR I would.

This company left an engine sitting in the middle of our driveway. Don't sign anything with these people before it is delivered where you want it and NOT WITHOUT CHECKING FOR DAMAGE. If we had a choice we WOULD NOT use this company, but our customers use them unaware of their professionalism.
