      Delivery time is a joke as well as their tracking supplying no information. Why any seller use this company is beyond me.

      Worst shipping company! Ordered a play set from Home Depot and twice they have "attempted delivery" but never actually came to my house.

      This company should be shut down. Oder a product out of Alabama they lost it twice. Then got to Texas and lost it twice more and still haven’t found it. PayPal is siding with the shipper and won’t get my my back. DO NOT EVER SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY

      Zero stars (not allowed by this rating system) AAA Cooper totally destroyed a $**K shipment in October and then had the nerve to try and deliver it. They have been running us around in circles ever since claiming that they don't owe us anything. In the interim, I have lost the customer as the order was not easily replaceable and have had this pile of rubble they returned to us taking up valuable warehouse space for over 6 months because I can't move it until all is resolved. Now I had to retain a lawyer to try and get resolution. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
