  Piece of S ! Home. Have had numerous issues with my home, latest being floor joist on 24 centers when the spec sheets claim 16 centers. ***** this company at all cost !!

  I bought my modular 2 yrs ago. It has been nothing but trouble. I have had mold in my bathrm 3 and once in my pantry. It took 4 mos before I heard anything. I was out of town so couldn't get it fixed. He told me he would get in touch the next time he was in MS. I heard from him 8 mon. before I heard from him. I Cleaned and painted my bath, and pantry. In the mean time my bath has mold again. When I moved in my waterheater broke. I don't know what happened, but it looked like it exploded. When I moved in my AC didn't work. Thankfully it was just the thermostat, but it isn't working again and we are having record heat. I was in my laundry rm yesterday's. I have a rug in there. I noticed that the floor felt weird. I moved the rug and the floor gave way and made a hole. I originally wanted to build a house, but I need a home faster and thought this would be cheaper. It took a year and a half to get my home and adding it up, this was more expensive.

  WARNING WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! Same issue still coming up.Not fix . So sad they won't stand behind defected product . It's a beautiful house but the floor sages in multiple places. This has been going on since it was delivered. yes they gave been out and have put a band aid on the problem. It returns 2 to 3 mo later. So save your money headaches and time .A very sad home owner of junk

  Ouch! What did I just buy? I have a Deer Valley Home and noticed numerous issues with the floor, siding, electrical, plumbing, doors, drywall etc. The home is only 4yrs old! I just started to research this company and now I'm stressed top think how this home will be in the next 4 yrs. Pretty bad when you start to hope a tornado will wipe it off its foundation so you can start over! Heck, I'd even part with all my belongings at this point if a tornado came thru!

  DO NOT PURCHASE HOME FROM DEER VALLEY IN ****, *******. HUGE MISTAKE ON OUR PART. IF HAD TO DO OVER, NEVER WOULD HAVE. SLOPPY WORK, HAVE TO HAVE THEM REPAIR STUFF ALL THE ***** SHEETROCK IS A JOKE. SERVICE ***** OTHER THAN 2 HAVE BEEN A JOKE FROM THE BEGINNING. TELL YOU STUFF LIKE "OH IT'LL BE COVERED UP BY A PICTURE OR YOU'LL NEVER SEE IT UP THERE". DOESN'T MATTER IF I SEE IT OR NOT, IT'S NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. ISSUES FROM ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, DRYWALL, CRACKS IN SHEETROCK, DOORS NOT SQUARE, ALMOST EVERY DOOR FACUBG IS SHIMMED UP. YOU HAVE TO STAY ON TOP OF THEM CONSTANTLY TO GET ANYTHING DONE. THE **** DRIP - THE ***** DIDN'T EVEN NAIL MOST OF IT, JUST SHOVED IT UP UNDER THE SHINGLES. THE **** OUT IS A JOKE ALSO, PUNCH LIST IS A JOKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WE WENT THIS ROUTE TO KEEP FROM HAVING TO BUILD FROM GROUND UP - DIDNT HAVE TIME DEAL WITH PICKING OUT STUFF, JUST WANTED A FEW OPTIONS AND THATS IT, SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH THE GROUND UP BUILD. THE MAIN GUY TO DEAL WITH IS NOT WHAT HE SAYS HE IS THATS FOR SURE. KEEP EVERYTHING BY EMAIL OR TEXT SO YOU HAVE PROOF OF WHAT IS BEING DONE AND SAID. I'D SAY THAT WE'VE HAD SERIVCE ***** OUT ATLEAST 8 OR 9 TIMES. ONE GUY WAS THERE FOR ALMOST A FULL 2 WEEKS THERE WAS SO MUCH STUFF TO FIX. MAKE SURE IF YOU HAVE AN ATTIC WITH DUCT WORK IN ATTIC THEY CONNECT EVERYTHING PROPERLY, OURS WASN'T. WE HAD A HUGE ELECTRIC BILL DUE TO THIS REASON, BUT GUESS WHAT. IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. THEY DID FIX AN ISSUE WITH THE PLUMBING ONLY BECAUSE I HAD A LOCAL PLUMBER GET INVOLVED WITH THE PROBLEM AND HE MADE SURE THEY DID IT RIGHT TO BEGIN WITH. DEER VALLEYS WORKMANSHIP AND INTEGRITY IS A JOKE. IT MAKES ME SICK ALMOST EVERYTIME I SEE MY HOME THAT IS FULL OF PROBLEMS. THE RETAILER THAT WE WENT THROUGH FOR OUR HOME HAS BEEN HELPFUL TO MAKE SURE SOME STUFF IS TAKEN CARE OF. IF I WERE THEM I'D STOP SELLING THE DEER VALLEY HOMES. PLEASE JUST CONSIDER ALL OPTIONS BEFORE BUYING AND DEALING WITH DEER VALLEY IN ****, GA. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID

  I worked for Deer Valley for many years, years ago, at that time they really built an amazing home with amazing employees. However, in the past 5-6 years this company has really sunk to a new level. The work is sloppy, drywall looks terrible, paint is a joke, roofs lumpy. To top it all off, the only employees they really want there are the ones that are strung out on drugs. The employees that have been there 20+ years they treat awful. Fact: One employee that has been with this company for 27 years, has faced a lot of health issues. Deer Valley treated him like c*** He ended up having to be off work for a couple of weeks to get some relief of the pain that he was suffering and ended having to quit due to the way they treat loyal employees. This man barely missed any days in 27 years, hard worker and devoted, until he started getting older and faced health issues. They ask him to come back, and they told him, he would receive all of his time back. However, when it became bonus time at Christmas, they did not give him his bonus. I a company will treat their most valued employees like this, imagine their work standards on customer homes.

  Do not ever purchase a Deer Valley Moblie Home unless your ready for a stressful process that never ends.We signed papers on this home Oct of 2021 finally received the home on our property September 2022. When we walked through the home it was unbelievable the sloppy work that was done on this home i can't believe it was sent out of the factory in the shape it was in !! They ask you to send a repair list first of all( i dont know why because they pretty much only fix what they want too) !! Our drywall they was supposed to fix is a joke humps in the walls the celing dry wall is a mess also and we paid extra for smooth celings The paint and trim work is sloppy the floors have little humps in them as well they won't fix and to top it all off we payed extra for the high pitched roof and it looks like a 50 year old roof with waves all across it and they say it's not covered under warranty and they're not gonna fix it !!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone if we had it to do over i promise you we would not have purchased this home !! Please stay away from this company and save your self a lot of stress and heartache. The money we paid for this home you would think they would make everything as close to perfect that they could but they don't care when they've already got your money (wish I could upload pictures and show you the roof) the are not willing to fix my complaints could go on and on

  Purchased a home in September 2022. Still have not been able to move in December 2022. Havent had anything but problems with this company to the point of calling a lawyer to wanting them to come get it. Cant get any help from anyone just excuses after excuses. BEWARE do not buy from Deer Valley Homebuilders. List of things that happened: major water leak under the home from a busted water line that had been pinched, 2 windows that sweat, molding not finished out. Door to utility room had no vent in it for air flow for the heating unit, fixtures broken, grout missing, toilet seat loose, etc.
