From the first time I called over 2 years ago, I immediately felt wel**med. I now know I spoke to Ms. ********* the sweetest soul that treats everybody like her own and my babies are so excited to see for a sticker or a piece of candy, and somebody that listens to you and makes things happen for you! Our first visit was just for our new baby in 2021 and went perfect. I was exhausted of **urse, but from what I remember it was great and our baby looked great. We established a relationship with our pediatrician, *************************** in that short visit, that has now turned into forever. ******* has single handedly saved my sons life twice. Our se**nd time ever seeing her they were closing early because a tornado was **ming, she listened to my **ncerns and waited to see my son in person and diagnosed him on the spot that he needed to be hospitalized, which saved his life. What I thought was a simple diaper rash, she ever so calmly **erced us to the hospital. The se**nd time she saved him was in 2022 because she simply didnt like the way his numbers looked and again, calmly said we should go to the hospital because he wasnt responding to meds.We have been in for **untless visits.Before I even know whats wrong with my own son, ******* does. She goes out of her way to always make sure you understand everything, writes it down, sends prescriptions when she says she is, and genuinely shows she cares and that we arent just a paycheck.I understand insurance pays for our visits (aside from the ** pay when necessary) but that is nowhere near enough. We try to bring treats, enough for everybody, but ******* and ******** are the reason I have **nfidence going in that office.Ms. ******** definitely knows what she is doing when it **mes to scheduling as well. I dont think we have ever waited in the waiting room more than 2 minutes and rarely, if ever in the room.
