      My experience with Triple H Rv's was HORRIBLE to say the least. It took 3 weeks and me getting ugly and asking to speak to an office manager to get anyone to call me back about purchasing a unit from them, then when I finally got in touch with someone and had decided on a unit... They told me I had gotten approved. So, my family and I drove 3.5 hours to their location, and the unit wasn't even ready, it still needed things fixed and to be cleaned. Also, turns out I wasn't approved at the time, and they needed more information from me that I did not have on hand the day of, and 3.5 hours away from home. So, they decided that they would deliver it to me for free and throw in some things to get me to leave and be satisfied with driving 3.5 hours back home with no camper. I wait and wait and have difficulty getting in touch with them on the day of delivery, send them the necessary information and then they decide to tell me... OVER TEXT... that I didn't get approved and "we tried so hard to get the bank to approve you," and that "there was nothing else we could do." So not only did I not get the unit that me and my family had drove 7 hours (in total) to get and planned on living in full time, but we wasted our time and were farther behind in finding a living situation than we thought. DO NOT GO TO TRIPLE H RVS!

      Triple H ** does not do what they say they will do and will not try to help any after your purchase. We purchased a new Keystone ** and the delivery process was terrible. Upon getting the ** it was delivered dirty on the outside and hadnt been washed and cleaned as promised, it was missing the table top, the awnings didnt work, moulding was coming loose already and one of the entry/exit doors would not close. I talked to the ones at the dealership and they assured me that everything would be taken care of immediately. That same day we set the ** up and one of the bed slides would not work and was broken. We had to call and schedule someone to come out and fix the issue ourselves since Triple H would not help at all. After receiving the wrong/broken parts a couple time we finally got that issue fixed. Since then we have discovered that the freezer does not work, there was a tear on the tile under the broken bed slide, the outdoor kitchen door needs adjusting and several other small things. I have contacted Triple H **s several times and have spoken with the manager on a couple occasions and no one seems to want to help us. I understand things happen sometimes but it would be nice to have a dealership that would work with you after your purchase as they promised that they would. I would advise anyone to please avoid dealing with Triple H **s as their response and post purchase promises will not stand.

      I am the owner of a Forest River camper who needed to get a new shower kit to replace the current shower. I placed the order the first week of February, and 3 months later I still have no shower kit. The service department has ordered the wrong part twice now, the most recent with me having to go and pick up myself. Every time I speak with someone from Triple H RV I get the sense of incompetence and cluelessness for taking care of customers needs.

      ********* up RV people call a ** Durango from ***** at the one in hayleyville weve only had our camper one month we come to ************ ********* for work. My air condition was pouring water into my living room floor. We had to call an all sot camper repair person and have been talking to ******, at Triple H then I talk to the assistant manager named ***** he said that they would cover the service call that was $150. Well my air condition was not lined up the drain drain tree was not lined up with the air condition, so that is the reason all of the water was coming inside the camper. Send everything to KZ Durango for warranty. Then ****** told me my claim was denied but I have an email showing that my claim was approved. Here is the funny ****** sent in an invoice and everything to Kz warranty The invoice that I got from ************** the service repair company shows ****** not ****** ****** is trying to charge an extra 120 for something that he didnt even do because hes in ******* and I am in ********* so heads up people keep an eye out on what they charge you because they are crooked people. I will post pictures of the invoices yall can see for yourself oh and plus when you try to call any of them to get them to call you back they will not call you back. Plus I have talk to the owner son trying to get in touch with the owner and he will not call you back either, so if I was you, I would avoid this dealer Just talk to the general manager named ***** and he said the extra $120 was them processing the claim when they didnt even touch the camper avoid avoid avoid

      My husband and I traded with triple h rv and almost immediately had an issue with our new camper. I spoke with them several times trying to get a resolution and finally went through the ***************** They informed us that after almost a month, that a replacement part that triple h rv claimed was on order, had in fact, never been ordered. We are now going through *********************, another Keystone dealer. They have been in touch with us and we just received the replacement part. Triple h rv has been useless in correcting our camper malfunction. They do not keep their word, nor follow up with customers. We look forward to dealing with more reputable ********************* in **********, **.
