Checked in on Friday afternoon no problems. Went to a family reunion and dedication day and came back Saturday afternoon. Our key wouldnt work so my husband went down and got it fixed and asked for some towels. They said ok. Few minutes later a knock on the door and the manager gave my husband the towels and said can we talk. Husband said yes and the manager proceeded to accuse him of smoking in the hotel. My husband said absolutely not. The manager said we were up at 5:30 smoking and my husband said he didnt. He called my husband a liar. The manager said he saw my wife going downstairs to the car at 5:30 in the morning and my husband said it was because I smoke and I went to our truck and smoked and policed my area. The manager again called him a liar. He said the hall smelled of smoke. My husband asked how we were going to handle this and he said he wanted us to leave. My husband said are you going to charge us for this Saturday night and he said no. The manager is recording this conversation. My husband said ok and again asked him if he was gonna charge us for Saturday night and the manager billed I already told you no. We packed and left. As we were leaving he ran out to the truck and said since the room was contaminated he would charge us for Saturday AND Sunday night since he couldnt rent it. There was no smoking in our room. We are 64 and 60 years old. We know the rules! I dont recommend this place and be ready to be spied upon. We had to do not disturb sign on our door but we think twice they came in the room. Both times the tv was turned off. Or they have cameras.

Guest smoked marijuana in the room. Guest was evicted. At one point the hotel exhaust vents that clear the bathrooms were turned off for several hours by security allowing the smoke could be isolated. Interior corridor hotel room doors are intentionally not air-tight top allow for ventillation for unused rooms. At one point the evicted guest were the only people on the floor during the marijuana smoking.Employees entered the room and documented the smell as well as the actual marijuana that was left in the room. Crumbs were tested to insure that they were indeed marujuana and documented.Once the room was entered and employees made statements, it was determined that the room had been damaged and would be put out of service to be cleaned. Guests were charged for the out of service room. Our policy is to never evict unless we are 100% sure of the matter and once we are 100% sure that we can prove our case.Guest admits to smoking marijuana in the parking lot, but ***** having smoked it in the room. The smell was obvious.Other guests smelled the marijuana and complined. There were several familes with children in the building at the time. Typically guests do no return to hotels that smell of marijuana oin the hallways.
