Emerson replaced all the windows in my house. Unfortunately, two windows were broken in shipping or installation. Emerson said he had ordered new ones for replacement and should be a couple weeks. I reluctantly paid him in full for the project. I got a few responses via text jan. 2022 about the "ordered" windows, but now just crickets. Don't use him for any work. He will take your money and run.Business response

I contracted Emerson Blodgett to do 3 things for me and they were included in the quote he gave me. 1. Replace / seal all corners on the gutters 2. 55 Ft French drain installation in back yard 3. Install new bathroom vent and fan. Emerson said the work schedule was weeks out and his team would be at my home on May 20, 2021. I contacted Emerson on the 19th to see what time his team would arrive and he explained they wouldn't be able to come until the 27th. I contacted him again on the 27th to see what time his team would arrive and he said it would be the 28th. Emerson had 2 people come out and they claimed to have repaired all the gutter corners and proceeded to install the French drain, but wouldn't be able to get to the fan that day, it would be the 29th. I contacted Emerson again on Jun 7th as I hadn't heard from anyone on the install of the fan. I sent several messages without response. On July 28th Emerson responded saying the could probably get someone out there on the 30th, but I wasn't going to be available that weekend. He then said someone would be out on Sep 1st. Contacted him on Oct 16 with response on Dec 17th. I had explained to them that the French drain wasn't working right and ****** said he would mention it to Emerson. I contacted Emerson again on Feb 28th and he came by on the 4th of March to look at it and said he cleaned the drain, but would need to rework the drain. I contacted him on Apr 7th and 10th with pictures of how my back yard was flooding because of the work they had done. It's worse now than it was before the drain was put in. I sent him an email on Apr 11, letting him know that if I didn't hear from him I would be contacting the BBB. I haven't heard from him and it is the 25th now. I paid for the work done and purchased the fan and parts needed. My back yard is almost completely destroyed because of all the water. Also, one of the corners in the back gutter is still leaking after they have fixed it twice.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 17105347, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
If I do not hear from Emerson by the 21st of October, I will let you know.
