I am completely just in shock about the treatment that I have received today with this company. I have an old ******** bill that Im willing to pay but they the first representative that I spoke with wasnt willing to help me within my means. I asked to speak to a supervisor and **** ****** got on the phone and was one of the rudest individual that Ive ever spoken to in my life. He told me that he wouldnt even have given me 6 months because I have a $200,000 mortgage. He acted like he knew my own personal finances. I simply asked for 6-8 months with a reasonable payment amount and then we could revisit it. I have spoken to third party collection agencies that treated me with way more respect. Im literally so upset and dont deserve to be treated like that.Review from Janina F

Hello! I am taking the time to write this complaint about this business because I have never had such a rude and hostile manager on the phone from any company. Long story short I called today to get a paid off account removed from my credit, received the run around from Amsher to T-Mobile, and back to Amsher since theyre in charge of the account. Was transferred to a manager named Dough Groby and he immediately started talking about what they already did and how he cant help me. This is before I could even ask my question. I had to ask him if I could speak and he would not listen to help but to talk over me and respond with his set answer. He got irritated even more and even more rude! He told me I can consult a credit repair person to get the account removed but not bother him basically. He said he doesnt have time for my problem and after not wanting to talk about it no more because he felt like he repeated himself he literally hung up. I was in shock! Remember I was transfer to him, I never asked to talk to him. Plus he is a manager at this company. Im glad they record these conversations and I hope this company take their customer service more seriously. A manager or anyone should ever talk to anyone like this. Just unbelievable. I have called other collection companies before to inquire if the paid off account could be removed, therefore I still dont understand why this is such a problem to ask or find out with this company. And the end before hanging up he also just said no they dont take the account off, they already reported it paid off. Which has literally nothing to do with my question off getting the whole (paid off account removed from my credit). A shame!AmSher Receivables Management Response

The customer service at this business is pathetic to say the least. The call **** cannot explain a simple question, and the manager I spoke to later on was extremely rude, arrogant and patronizing. They gave me wrong information initially, and when I called back, they told me something completely different. I had a simple question and wanted some suggestions on how I can resolve my issue, and instead they decided to be rude, and leave me with no solution, they also felt the need to keep reiterating to me that they could not help answer my question. If there is 0 I could have rate them 0.This guys think they are smart than all people who work hard to get their money.They want to scam me $331.They reported my credit that I owe their $331.I never create an account with them and I don't have any $331 debt.They refused to delete this fake account and expecting that I will pay them.This is too easy,they have to work hard to get their money.not sitting in their office trying to scam people.Review from Co G

We set up a payment arrangement and were making the payments on time as stipulated but despite this, this crooked company chose to put the collection on my credit report. Never did they indicate they would report it after a certain amount of time. When I called to find out why it was being reported since we had a payment plan arranged as previously instructed by T-Mobilethe representative named **** said it was practice to report if not fully paid off after a certain amount of time. Here is the thing, had this information been shared beforehand, we would have increased the payments to ensure a frivolous $283 charge did not get to my credit report. They are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and should be shut down for fraudulent practices. Too bad I cant give Zero StarsReview from Damian F

I called the company after they appeared on my credit report to request an itemized statement as proof I owed the debt.The representative was excessively rude and was refusing to comply with supplying the legal documentation they are required to by law to prove that the debt is legitimate.Review from Marilyn F

showed up on my credit report as a bad debt. I called amsher to find out what the charge was for, they would not tell me who the debt was with unless i gave them my credit card number so they could take 1 dollar from my credit card, then they could maybe tell me who the debt was to. This seems very unfair to me as I cannot know who I owe money to without a invoice from who ever it was from or who i may owe money to. I worked really hard to get my credit score up over 700 and now because of this it fell below. I am upset because I dont even know who i owe money to or if i even do.Review from Mellissa B

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Got a call that I had an overdue account from 3 weeks ago from ***. I haven't even gotten the bill for that visit yet...how could it even possibly be overdue. Don't give any money to these people. I'm contacting my Senators and Representative about this matter. The fact that they have my private information about medical billing for a visit that happened less than a month ago is a federal violation. I have also contacted a lawyer.Review from Susan B

******* made a claim against my credit for a debt. When I called to get details, **************** couldn't locate an account with my name or SSN. Now I am left disputing it with the credit bureaus while my score decreased by 30+ points!AmSher Receivables Management Response

However, we are unable to remove an account from your credit bureau reports and investigate your issues and concerns without having enough information to confirm the first, we have accessed the right account.
