Just want want to strongly thank Fitnesszone.com for all their help in my search for an adjustable bench. When other fitness outfitters answered questions in weeks or not at all, my customer service **** ***** got back to me in a matter of hours. He listened to my MANY questions, and helped me through a very difficult decision making process. This is a honest to God good old fashioned American business, placing the clients needs first, and Frankly I got better service here than most businesses I have dealt with. I will ABSOLUTELY continue to shop with Fitnesszone.com as I build my home gym.

The customer service on the repair side of this business is the worst. When you call to schedule the first appointment, you get passed around from one employee to another, and no one can seem to figure out who actually schedules the repair appointments. When you finally manage to get someone on the phone, they tell you they don't have their repair schedule planned out more than a few days. Despite the fact that their repair service is a schedule-driven business. Then they want to call you one day and expect you to be home all day on the next day. Even though everyone has jobs, and usually can't make arrangements with employers on that short of a notice. And if you show even the smallest hint of frustration with this nightmare process, they refuse service.Huntsville Fitness Equipment/Fitness Zone Response

Our service manager did make an honest mistake and closed the work order after the 1st trip by not attaching the part needed which would have automatically created another work order under warrantythis was explained to the customer and we quickly corrected with Iconwe have tried numerous times to schedule the follow up appointment but with no successwe understand people have work schedules and we can offer appointments as they become available, but at the same time, customers have to help us by trying to accommodate as much as permitted in order to allow us to resolve their maintenance issue in an orderly fashionwe have been an excellent service provider for the manufacture, ICON, with whom the customers unit is manufactured,for 15 years plusunfortunately in this case, ICON, as well as ourselves, have determined that it would be better for them to assign another one of their service providers to go out and resolve the issue and install the partwe apologize for any and all issues and hope ICON can take care of the work order promptlyReview from Gary D

Was skeptical initially bc the prices and promises seemed too good to be true, but they delivered the product as promised and shipping was perfectly on time and free. Would definitely suggest them and will use them in teh future.Huntsville Fitness Equipment/Fitness Zone Response

Im not one to write reviews but these people are awesome!! If you are looking for fitness equipment this is the place to go!! They are very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to do business with. I decided what I wanted after talking to them a few times ordered it and they shipped it the next day!!
