We are quite disappointed with this builder. We closed on our home in Sept 2022 with assurances that the various items not completed would be repaired or addressed within 10 days. The contract also states that various items would be addressed and that there is a one year inspection. At this time we still havent had the one year inspection, though weve been asking for 9 months now. We still do not have all of our window screens, though weve been told for more than a year now that they have been ordered. There are several areas in the house where they patched the drywall before we closed but never finished it, this was part of the items we insisted be finished and were told they would be within 10 days but its been 20 months and nothing has been done about it. We paid for built in upgrades to the pantry and a closet. What we got were some shelves hung on tracks that came from a kit you could buy at a local box store, nothing built in. They used two different landscape edging that dont match for the front planters and it is poorly installed, just sitting on the dirt uneven and falling over, but our contract indicates this is an upgrade with an upgrade charge. Our kitchen facet handle falls off several times a week but again we were told this is a quality facet and of course they havent done anything to fix it. Every door k*** leading to an outside door has come off in our hands when using the doors, so we reinstalled all of them ourselves. Every door is cut crooked on the bottom and we have some baseboards that arent flush to the wall. Our driveway and front porch have stains and patches. We had issues with our ac and heating, some drawers that were improperly installed in the kitchen, a hole in our wood flooring, and a leak from the roof. Thankfully when we contacted these companies directly, they came out to fix these items but we werent having much luck going through the builder warranty process.
