    I used This side up Moving Company almost a year ago and have attempted to contact them, but have not heard back from them. My first contact was in April of this year. We discovered that several valuable items missing from the move, we are seeking urgent assistance in resolving this matter.I am elderly, & my son, being disabled, were unaware of these missing items until recently. Among the missing items are three unique serving trays, each with sentimental value as they are adorned with depictions of *******, horses, and the White ****** Additionally, a cherished family heirloom, my grandfather's historical book "**********************************," along with **** drawings by the artist *********************************, are missing. These items were double mounted and framed, making them irreplaceable.A schoolhouse wall clock, which held sentimental value as an anniversary gift, and red flowers intended for a grave are also missing. These items carry immense sentimental & familial significance to us.We regret to inform you that we did not discover these losses sooner due to our limitations in mobility and pace. However, upon realizing the absence of these cherished belongings, we were deeply upset & feel betrayed by what has transpired. As a result, we are reaching out to you with the hope of resolving this matter amicably.While we wish to resolve this matter peacefully, we are prepared to take further action if necessary.We sincerely hope that this matter can be addressed promptly and that our missing belongings can be located and returned to us.

    Ms. ****** I hate to hear that you guys are missing some items from the move last May and I am also apologetic for us missing any attempts for you to reach out to us. We sincerely don't see any record of the contact attempt, but either way we will work with you to get the bottom of the situation. Most of the time items will show up during the unpacking process and that is my hope here. If that does not work, we will need to look into taking further action to rectify the situation. I will personally be in touch with you to discuss over the phone. Thank you. -Colby
