    They are terrific. They show up on time. They work hard and in an intelligent fashion. They clean up when they are done. They are a pleasant company to deal with. They fixed small roof damage after a nasty storm and then we had them do the whole roof and gazebo roof. There is no doubt that we would recommend them: Complete 5-star service!

    We have three skylights in ***********. One of them began to leak during the recent rains. Being new to the area, we did some online research of roofing companies. We chose C and K Roofing because they had an informative website with good reviews. The Director of Repairs was quick to get back with us and furnish an estimate on replacing the leaky skylight and repair the damage to the roof. The price was fair, so we asked for an estimate to replace all three skylight since they had obviously been installed at the same time. Though not currently leaking, the other two skylights had signs of being repaired in the past (read a lot of caulk). As soon as the weather dried out for a couple of days, they had a repair crew out. All the skylights were replaced with little disruption to the household. The new skylights look great: the roof was repaired, the shingles match, and best of all no worries of leaks. We would recommend C and K Roofing for any roofing repairs.

    Worst customer service ever. They asked me to provide photos from my insurance inspector to show proof of their poor workmanship when they replaced the flashing on the home I purchased and now refuse to correct their work. They are slandering my name stating I'm bullying them when I let them know I would be reporting their business to the BBB so other are aware of this company.

    This person apparently bought a home from someone for whom we installed a new roof in 2019. She recently contacted our company demanding we make a repair to the home under the 10 warranty. We politely explained that the warranty was non-transferable to a new owner. This is clearly stated in the paperwork.
