    I bought my Roadglide Special 15 May 2021. Buying the bike was fine. They were more than helpful and friendly about it. But now here I am 21 September 2021 and I still don't have a plate for my bike. To make it even worse they tried to pass the issue off to me because my finance officer lost my registration. I have been pulled over by our local and county for the dealer plate. I showed them the paperwork that the plates are being processed and I do own the bike. The last time I was pulled over I was told impound was next. I haven't ridden my bike in two months. Every time I call its the same "we are very sorry and we will take care of it. Still no plate or temp plate that I asked for day one leaving the dealership. I even offered to bring it back no harm no foul. If they would have just taken a minute to do the right thing I could be riding my $30K motorcycle with out fear of it getting it impounded! But no...we are just a sale and that's it.

    Some terrible employee behavior that is allowed to continue and unethical (possibly illegal) sales tactics (mandatory add-ons) has ruined any hope of a good word coming from me about this business. My motorcycle has been there three months for collision repair. During the three months, I have been lied to many times about the repair status of the bike from a Service Advisor going by the name, "Waldo". They definitely added on parts that were not necessary for the proper repair of the motorcycle to the insurance estimate and missed obvious damage that should have been noted during the "inspection" that they more than willingly charged my insurance for. I'm not local to this dealership, they were the closest dealership to where the accident occurred and I believe the fact I'm six hours away led the advisor ***** to continue to think he could lie about the bike's repair status. Well, I showed up over a week after he said the bike was being put back together with new parts and they were boxing up my old parts as they went. Well when I showed up, the bike was still completely town apart with absolutely NONE of the new parts boxes had even been opened. All messages were sent through the dealership and were reviewed by a Manager. I'll bet nothing comes of it. My second complaint that *** cross on to the illegal side of sales tactics is the REQUIRED "Theft Protection Warranty" package that I've been told the "Owner of the company" REQUIRES on all new and used bikes. Well folks, that's a $499 add-on and no matter how much you argue, they will not sell a bike without it. They also install accessories on ALL new bikes, adding to the cost for things that you did not ask for and probably do not want. My third complaint is they sent my information to ********************** to do a credit inquiry WITHOUT my consent or signature. BIG NO NO! Please don't get overwhelmed with the excitement of buying a new or new to you bike and let this business take advantage of you.
